Thanks for taking the time to share all this. Big updates on my health soon on this channel. I been also doing my Afib stuff. Yesterday 90 minutes low intensity cardio. I’ve had no Afib 1500 days now even through chemotherapy radiation and craniotomy
There's a few documentaries on this channel about a Dr Berzynski that you might find interesting. I'm loving just seeing nature on a video - so serene + peaceful. Sounds like you're in a wonderful place. ❤
