    - Better Posture Workout at Home -
    The best thing about a short-standing Pilates Workout is that you can easily fit this into your day. This Posture Routine won’t take much time but it will make a big difference in how you feel!
    These easy posture exercises are perfect for beginners or if you just want a refresh routine to feel taller. The movements in this class can be done with or without a resistance band.
    This is a slow-flowing Pilates routine so you can foster more awareness of your posture to find ease, alignment, strength, and stretch. Specifically, you’ll strengthen the back of the shoulders and upper back and stretch the neck and hips during this at-home Pilates posture routine.
