Hey Guys! Welcome back to my channel! Today's video is on "How To Make Time For Everything" if you want my plan your day download for free.. here's the link: theorganizedmoneycourses.com/item/plan-your-day-download
Thank you for the free download
Thanks for the free download. I truly appreciate it.
My problem is that if I stop to rest….I’m not gonna get back up and finish. Once I have the energy I have to keep going until bed or nothing else will get done.
Me to. I am either all in or all out. There is no in between. I am trying to train my self out of this by doing the pomodoro technique, which is where you set timer for 25 to 30 minutes and only do work and nothing else during that time and then when the timer runs out, you take a brief five to ten minute break before starting another pomodoro. It's a technique to teach self discipline.
Same
@Daisy Gairdín I can be the same way, because I want to squeeze every last drop productivity out of myself before it ebbs away. I have to ride the wave of motivation when it hits because I don't know when it will come again.
@@brittanypaul17 me too! I'm so tired that I'm watching this vlog.
Same with me
“It’s hard to beat a person who never gives up.” Never give up. Take small steps to achieve your goals.loved the video 💜
wow
This video needs to be shown to more people! I’ve heard so many people say that they didn’t have enough time to do things, but in actuality they didn’t manage their time wisely.
Great ideas! I'm retired so only have 'home' stuff to deal with, and use an A5 with a horizontal week on one page facing a page of notes. In the back I keep my master 'to do' list, and each week transfer one major task from that list to the weekly note page, along with other smaller things I know need to be done that week. Then I work from the weekly page, allocating tasks to days as they come up. I also have a Personal size EDC which gets matched to the week-on-one-page.
As long as I can tick off three or four things a day (man I love my tick-boxes!) I am happy. My brain can't cope with colour-coding or decor other than the occasional bit of highlighter, but this works for me! I love watching planner videos and seeing other people's ideas.
You should create a monthly planner with a weekly dashboards followed by daily sheets. 😉😉 That paired would your budget planner would be perfect for me.
This is an amazing idea!! I just might do that!!
@@TheOrganizedMoney I spent alot of money with happy planner and other etsy shops trying to create this layout for my life planner.
@@rdking0889 - me too!!
No offense meant, but why not create what you need yourself?
I really like how you keep with one planner. Also that you make sure you include home and other activities besides just work. I became a workaholic because I didn’t have a work, life balance
This is the 5th time I watch this video because it's so relatable and helpful to me! My life is become stressfully busy and I've been struggling to get things done so this video is a lifesaver!
Alaina. You have useful content that has improved my daily functioning in through some stressful times, I can't thank you enough. Keep up the good work, it's helping people more than you know.
I love this. Perfect timing... the last couple days I've been thinking about testing daily planning sheets since I like memory keep my day on my weekly. Thanks for the tips!
Thank you for sharing your printable ❤️ I like using dailies when I have super busy days and your insert is a perfectly functional one! Thanks again, many blessings to you and your family 💕
Thanks for the reminder to add rest to my schedule! Always love your functional planning tips! Your are a blessing to the planner community!
This is one of the most elegant and simple planners I have come across RUclips till date.. ❤ Subbed!!
This was so organized and motivating. The dead space tip seems especially helpful and I will definitely try and incorporate it. Thank you so much!
You are one of my favourite planner channels. Your tips are very practical and your planner is very functional, not too many stickers time wasting decorative stuff but still neat and pretty and colour coded x
THANK YOU Alaina for explaining the A-B-C planning system in this video! There was an app I'd downloaded earlier this year (I don't remember what it was called though) and I was so confused by how to use them. It's so simple though! I'm kind of kicking myself now lol. I also like the idea of writing down my tasks/accomplishments as the day goes on; sometimes I can have days where I feel like I didn't accomplish much, but then I realize that I actually did.
Thanks so much for another excellent video! Can't wait for Friday's (fun fact: I'm a HORRIBLE procrastinator which is why I got involved in planning last year to help overcome that habit!).
Good tip on dead time. Never thought of that. I believe that will be much useful in completing a micro task in between that time making me get closer to completing a goal or task quicker.
I just love all your tips. Blessings.
Thanks, Alaina, I'm going to give this sheet a try.
I watch your videos more than once sometimes to get a refresher on the helpful and smart ideas. I’m still working on getting the all in one planner just right for me .
I’m glad your first tip works for you. I wish I can do that. My work schedule is crazy that it confuses me with my homework on a same planner. What I do is keep my work planner at work and I check what I do.
This looks like a great system. I have a daily sheet I created years ago. It might be time to roll that back out.
I love organizing and planning!! Thanks so much for sharing, love the video❤️
Thank you for all your tips. I really enjoy your videos.
I use Calendar for scheduled events, notes for to-do lists and reminders for shopping lists. For dead time, I usually clean-up my apps such as emails, photos, or messages.
You genuinely inspire me ! Thank you for your great videos. God bless you.
New subscriber and I have been binging your videos! Thank you for all of your helpful tips and this free daily planner
These videos are so relaxing so informative. I've been binging your videos learning new ideas. Fan of your content thank you 😊
Thank you for doing this video, it was SO helpful! ❤️
thank you so much for these tips ! i found them super helpful & i'll definetely use them to optimize my productivity ^^
I love your videos. I feel that they are suited for my age(young 61). I don't have appointments with school or kids sports anymore
This is great! A good advise in a simple video. Thank you ❤️
Thank-you so much for that free printable-so very useful!!! Loved this video, as all videos, terrific job!
I am learning so much, thank you.
I really enjoyed this I need to get more organized i write down my to do list on a notepad and other things on my phone on the calendar each color is something different , I need to get a planner as well for appointments I'm a care taker for my sister and having a planner will be easier as well so she can see what she has coming up
Love your videos! Really great tips!
🙃Thanks for sharing and teaching me a better way to use my time. I plan to utilize my dead time🤔 by adding it to my to do list🤗. Keep up the excellent work with your video's😊
Yea! One day. One planner. It works for me 😀❤🙏🏿
Love the tips! I think having a planner that I use only for work and one for everything else works best for me. I got into this habit of not brining work home & separating the two helps. Plus I would probably get discouraged or overwhelm if I had all my tasks in one planner. My mind wuld think I have too much to accomplish for the day. #iknow #weird 🤣🤣
Excellent video! I use the Full Focus Planner, which is very similar to your setup/concept. I really like how you color code Home/Church/Work, I’m gonna use this tip immediately 👍🏽
But what I really need is the next video you mentioned… on procrastination 😩😩😩
Alaina you are amazing. And I assume a psychic how did you know I needed this? Jwkxo your increadible I love youuuu 💕
These tips were absolutely excellent thank you
I dont know if ssomeone already told you but, I honestly say that your skin tone is the most amazing skin color I ever saw! It it perfect! I truly llllove it
Oh thank you!
@@TheOrganizedMoney Your welcome!
Wow. Well done! Thanks for sharing. I do my schedule similar to yours, in my channel Scheduling is so important. I think I will upgrade mine !
You’re such an inspiration.
I found this video to be super helpful. Thank you! New subbie!!
You really, really inspire me.
My new fave channel ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Outstanding video-great tips!!!
This was a really great and motivational video!
absolutely looooove that sheet
Oh my God! Now I'm do curious to see how you are handling the catch up planner and business!!!!
I love your videos! I have to have everything in the same place. My brain sort of implodes if I try to keep multiple places for my to-dos. I love the idea of color-coding them though. I'm definitely adding that to my planning. I am also way too optimistic about what I can get done, so I use a weekly planner page and plug in my weekly to-dos by time blocks. It usually becomes fairly obvious if I have overscheduled or am being unrealistic.
Totally agree, but my brain implodes if I see colour-coding! It just doesn't work for me.
Pls show a video of all your old journals , past year journal and how do you store them 😊
Looove that 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Now I just need tips on how to get motivated again after I sit down for that 10 minute break.
i don't understand what u said but i loved your vibe ❤️ hugs from brazil
Love it 🥰
Planning for the week is a lot easier, IMO. Also, try using a Planner Pad and/or a Bullet Journal
Hayyys if I just have seen this earlier. Buts still thank you, nothing’s too late
amazing
Where did you get the clear tab dividers? Also many thanks! Awesome information!
I like this idea of one planner, but it doesn't work in that my work has things that are confidential. And though I can use code and I'm the only one, technically that uses it, it makes me nervous to do that.
I love your planner ?
I have a question what do you do when you work 10hrs and only have a little time left till your day off how would that be planned, I have learned lots for you and love learning from you 😊
Your hands are so pretty
Good
Where did you get your disc bound notebook?!
Hello Beautiful bags. Does the Turkish planner cover hold a Classic Happy Planner? Thanks
No. Only the mini. It’s too small for the classic
Hi Alaina! How long does it take you to plan everyday? And when do you do it? I’m homeschooling my boys and I’m thinking the hourly sheet would be great for a homeschool section... I also really badly need to organize money and budget; thanks so much in advance.
Takes me about 10 - 20 minutes daily. I check my planner 3 time during the day. First thing in the morning, lunch time, then in the evening. ☺️
Hi, where did you get your daily sheet?!
Hey! You can get it for free on my website: theorganizedmoneycourses.com/item/plan-your-day-download
Thank you so very much!!!
@@TheOrganizedMoney yes, thank you also. I just printed out the sheet right now.
@@TheOrganizedMoney thank you.. Done printed❤️💕👍🏻
💜💜💜💜💜
So… if you only use the daily sheets on super busy days -what do you use on other days? Just your weekly lists/appt section?
Yes. I'll use my weekly spread
Can you tell me where to buy this exact planner and the plan your day inserts?
Hey! It’s multiple planners all combined into one. But if you are looking at the hourly undated planner, it’s the one I created and you can find it in my Etsy shop. 😊 etsy.me/3gCp3I3
I use an index card labeled Action Plan and brain dump what I need to do on it.
I use an index card for brain dumps as well. That way I have to address those things before it becomes a mountain of thoughts.
Does it make the difference if I buy a branded agenda like Moleskine or if I use a different app on my phone?
Hey! It doesn’t. However it works for you…
@@TheOrganizedMoney Thanks! Your video remindend me of how good is to have people that take high quality notes! All the best
I have enough time for everything, I just don’t have dedication :/
Hi
👍👍👍👍
Dead time can also be used as rest time. But it should be real rest, not screen time 😊
Yup, basically the method designed decades ago by Franklin Covey! There's a reason it's been around as long as it has, despite many other time management trends...even bullet journal system is a tweak on the prioritized tasks list of FC. One life, one planner (excepting those who are required by their employers to have a distinct work planner etc)...have it all in front of you and skip having to jump between umpteen diff planners....it's not only time-saving but far more cost effective when you consider how pricey some planners are!

Your planner is nice, pretty, with a lot of thought and obviously works for you, but way to many 'sections' for me. Having to go to other sections is overly complicated. All the flipping back and forth; not necessary. A weekly calendar with everything for a simple planner, is just right. All the time wasted on the planners is time that could have been spent in other activities.

Despite the economic crisis, Investing in cryptocurrency now, should be in every wise individual list. in some months now, you will be ecstatic about the decision you made today.
I invested in both gold and crypto, but crypto is more profitable..

I wanted to trade crypto, but got confused by the fluctuations in price
His obviously the best. I invested $2000 with mr benjamin harold, and I made a profit of $9101 within 14 days of trade.
Trading crypto now will be very wise, but trading without a professional is not
