    Very basic techniques that you can and should be taught in school, but good vid ref for occipital release.

    Thank you so much for this I am not qualified to do hands on however it has helped me as a clinical pilates instructor to look at some of the exercises using proprioceptive techniques.

    Question: when you say "hold 20- 30 seconds" is that Trigger Point technique or soft tissue release?
    I am trying to do a written assignment for my sport massage training asking me to explain and describe those different techniques.

    Also.. would you advise complementing that technique with HVT cervical manipulation? (if the hyper-tonicity was from a stuck joint...)
