Thank you ! This video was very helpful ❤
Thank You so much..... This area is so tense most of time.... And clients love manual release on that...
Thank you for doing these videos! I’m finding them so helpful as a new RMT 👌🏾
Very basic techniques that you can and should be taught in school, but good vid ref for occipital release.
Wow I'm amazed at this video. You've gotten so much better with your teaching withing the 2 years! Good stuff. I'm a RMT in Canada. What is your profession??
Thank you so much for this I am not qualified to do hands on however it has helped me as a clinical pilates instructor to look at some of the exercises using proprioceptive techniques.
Thanx Doc!
Question: when you say "hold 20- 30 seconds" is that Trigger Point technique or soft tissue release?
I am trying to do a written assignment for my sport massage training asking me to explain and describe those different techniques.
Thank you!
Hey @yahelsasson! Hope the studying is going well. We just recently added our business to Google my Business, would you mind leaving a quick review? g.page/r/CR1LsEAZ5W6AEBM/review
Also.. would you advise complementing that technique with HVT cervical manipulation? (if the hyper-tonicity was from a stuck joint...)
Cant get it to work.
How can I find a practitioner in my area? What kind of therapy keyword should I search? Manual therapy? I want a you in Atlanta GA.
@stranger 31 thanks 🙏🏻
