Peace for Sudan and the people of Sudan.
I always turned on to this channel hoping I could hear something important to understand what happened in the past or currently but Mo Ibrahim you are an interruptor .
Is there a version with Arabic subtitles?
And for that matter - French also!
1. Mo Ibrahim, even after the revolution we didn't see you visiting Sudan! Do you still consider yourself a Sudanese!
2. Overall, Hamdouk was very practical in his words, but Mo Ibrahim seemed to be quiet unaware about the complications those are existing in Sudan.
3. Mr. Lappad comments were to the point 👌
In Sudan, everybody wants to be the king, they don't care about the way they rise to power, they will use violence and blood shed if needed, it is part of Sudanese culture. Sudan happens to be insanely rich in resources as well so there is even more for reason. This comes from inheriting the culture from colonial rule mixed with racism and tribalism and these African countries were made by Europe and not themselves and the consequences show here and now as wars and tribal conflicts and border conflicts emerge.

Dr. Hamdook, you said you took over and found a collapsed economy, yet your first accomplishment is to pay almost 400 million dollars to the American government to lift up the sanctions, you did that with Trump two weeks before the elections that threw him out, couldn't you wait to see the result of the election instead of paying a settlement being the first third world country to pay a settlement to the United States, can you tell us what good came out of that and did the simple citizen felt any change after that?

Why didn't Mo and Hamdok answered clearly that question about Hamedti barbarian rapid force ??? Are they blind now ?!
PM Hamdok was humble enough to focus on the practical aspects of the problem. The discussion has completely left out the two military strong men competing for power. This is a problem that no one else can solve. The military needs to leave and let the technocrats and politicians bring out Sudan from the abyss.
لماذا لم تجيبوا على سؤال الاخت من السودان
How should we deal with a RSA and with its history of committing crimes against civilians including rape ?
fix the judge system , and you will have justice to every crime .
Who should fix the Judge system ?
Mr. Hamdok was the prime minister for almost 2 years, he failed to do that. It is not possible to fix anything when you have two Armies in one country. First we have to remove the militia.
Thanks for facilitating this meeting to hear the account of our literally "forced to leave" prime minister Mr. Abdullah Hamdok. I believe that great ideas 💡💡 won't die away. The Sudanese people will continue their struggle to achieve their big goals. Once more, I thank Mr. Mo and Mr. Hamdok for this informative national forum ❤

32:02 The failure to make the formation of Parliament a priority for me was the high line on which your government fell, Mr. Prime Minister
I think that Hemedti and Burhan would have taken over anyways no matter, they control the money and politicians, the only hope for Sudan right now if they completely destroy each other and any outside support they had, that would allow an opening for the people to rule, but I have really low hope it would end up like that
Also the rise of too many political parties and the immense power the Arabist parties have which out powered and eventually dismantled civilian parties. The military sides with the Arabists. There was never supposed to be democratic transition in the first place, the Arab parties were supposed to make it look like there was going to be as long they assume full power.
They dodged the question and genuine concerns raised by the young Sudanese lady: Malaz. I wonder why?

Abdallah Hamdouk achieved a great deal in a very short time. Unfortunately for him and for Sudan the powers that overthrew the Bashir regime split in two.Other factors include the lack of flexibility that made the IMF treat Sudan without considering the impact on the popularity of the government. Austerity was a bitter pill to swallow.

Compromise is productive, extremist points of views are destructive. Palestinians want to eliminate Israelis and refuse to compromise with them. Look at where this mentality got them. We need to learn from the Palestinains and learn to compromise with enemies. Our enemies in Sudan are the Kezan (Muslim Brotherhood). Whether we like it or not, we all have them in our families. Totally agree. I would have loved for him to let his guests speak.
It's sadly we bring to your attention that hamdok is neither a major player or has any good experience or knowledge. He is just a big failure with a suit and tie .
@osamamarouf1177 and sadly I correct you (whoever you were) that Hamdock only problem was he was not a nasty politician. Unlike the so-called Islamists and Kaizan, he was smart, decent, and credible person. His other problem was that he was surrounded by a military junta whose main aim as dictated by their devilish agenda was to put hurdles on his way, sabotaging any initiatives by his government to go forward, and determined to oust him. He did not fit in the filthy swamp of the Sudanese politics. If it was any normal government in any other country, Hamdok would have placed in there on top within 5 years. But obviously Kaizan still rule.

Whats the official language of Sudan at the moment? Regardless of identity
@@anti-narc1343 That is the greatest problem affecting Sudan till present date because they choose to use Arabic laws, Arabic system of Education and Arabic language as their official language in schools, government offices, courts etc and abandoned English which is the best system worldwide meanwhile the real Arabs like the Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar etc are embracing English system of education and language on a 50/50 basis there by advancing their countries on a global scale.
For Sudan to succeed they need to go back on the drawing board and change their system, mindset and official language or better use their native language.
Sudan refuses to be the head of Africa instead they rather choose to be the tail of Arabs because they think they are Arabs more than the Arabic people.
