HERE WE GO!!!!!! 😁😁😁 I clicked SO fast when I saw you uploaded a NEW Carnival video… Omg I knew it. I KNEW IT. I had the strongest feeling this was the original video of “If They Could See You Now” and it is. Thank you so much.
They had a winning formula back then. I wish theyd bring back the Captains dinners, the midnight buffets, the ice sculptures and the good food! After Covid, the food has steadily gone down hill.
I just got off the current Celebration. What a great time. The core of what Carnival does still exists. I wish i would have started cruising earlier in life
When I worked for American Canadian Caribbean Line we would spend days in Nassau with no passengers. If I had watch at 10am I would wake up early and what the show. Ships coming in the harbor, the celebration always made an entrance especially with her list.
I was on the Celebration out of NOLA in April 1999 and it was an amazing ship. The talent show was so much fun with a band that was the best! It was my first cruise and I’m about to go on my 6th on Carnival. This video was on the VHS tape they gave us when we booked the cruise through AAA. Great memories.
We got to sail on her out of Tampa for a seven day cruise. This was in 1998. A fantastic ship, we went to Key West, Cozumel, then to New Orleans and back.
I have been on 18+ Carnival cruises. I just came back from Carnival Madi Gras. It was garbage. To many people! The only good thing was Guys Burgers and Shaq chicken.
Cruising was so much better back then. The earth was beautiful, the ocean. Smaller ships!

She was my first Carnival ship. Sailed on her in 1989 when I was 18. Sailing on the new Carnival Celebration in March of 23

I loved that ship so much. I think I’ve taken 15 cruises out of the port of Palm Beach.
I worked as a Youth Councillor on the Celebration in the early 2000s. My first contract was on this amazing ship. Fond memories. 😊

Thank you so much for posting this, it is my favorite thing of the year!
Things changed so much because back then … that use to be considered a big ship .now of days that is like your average light cargo ship
I loved this so much. I'm just dying to find one for Jubilee or Fantasy.
I might have cruised on the Celebration.

I'm glad to see you on here! We go back to the old cruisepage days. Thanks for watching!
