  • When you file a VA claim, you are entitled to receive a disability rating that reflects the severity of your condition. In some cases, you may be able to receive a higher rating if you can provide evidence that your condition has worsened since you were first rated. Here are five high-value claims that can help you increase your VA rating:
    1. Personal reactions to stressors: Personal reactions can be an important factor in determining whether or not your condition has worsened. If you can provide documentation of how your condition has affected your ability to cope with stressors, it may help to increase your rating.
    2. Changes in symptoms: Documentation of changes in your symptoms can be helpful in increasing your rating. If you have experienced new or worsening symptoms, or if your symptoms have become more severe, it is important to let the VA know.
    3. Changes in treatment: Changes in your treatment regimen can also be helpful in increasing your rating. If you have had to start taking new medications or undergo new therapies, this information can be used to demonstrate that your condition has worsened.
    4. Functional impairment: Functional impairment is another important factor in determining your VA rating. If you can show that your condition has caused you to miss work, school, or other activities, it may help to increase your rating.
    5. Social functioning: Social functioning is also considered when determining VA ratings. If you can demonstrate that your condition has impaired your ability to interact with others, it may help to increase your rating.
If you believe that you are entitled to a higher VA disability rating, it is important to gather evidence and documentation to support your claim. Personal reactions, changes in symptoms or treatment, and functional or social impairment can all be helpful in demonstrating that your condition has worsened and that you deserve a higher rating.

Being in a Combat Unit Infantry I dealt with “Sucking it up”, and years later I’m Out and now I just this past week at recovery from a 2nd knee Surgery, and my Headaches with all these Pills and now Getting Stupid Botox all over my head this month to Stop the Headaches. Having Trust issues Like Crazy! And always Having to Read a Person through Their Souls to see if they are BSing me. And Many many more problems, the VA mental Health to me is 100/100 they gave me Such a Enormous About of Quality Tools for me to use and techniques to help when I have Anger, or Anxiety. But the VA at Whole is 50/50 when it comes to Claims especially regarding Mental Health.

The VA treats service connected and non-service connection conditions. If you have less than a 50 percent rating and make over a certain amount, you will be charged a co-pay for non-service connected conditions. If you have a 50 percent or higher rating, you can get free treatment for all conditions service connected or not. I have high blood pressure, gout, ED, and high cholesterol all non-service related conditions the VA treats me for. The VA also treated my thyroid cancer which was not caused by service.

I really enjoyed listening and watching this video. Thank so much about the claims on the back. I was a tank driver and was in artillery so my back took a major beating and now its getting worse. Its now documented with the VA hopefully and prayerfully, they recognize my claims. I thought I submit about 15 claims, however thanks to you and your information about radiculopy, it will perhaps be broken down for additonal 2 or 3 more claims with radiculopy. I know for sure I mispelled the word. Thank You much and hope and pray that you are doing well!

This is the way to contact me, but I will have a Q&A live this week and I am looking to it being Friday around 9 pm est to give people enough to be home and able to get on. It would be an honor for you to join me and see if I can answer questions for you. Blessings to you!
