The magic number for ratings purposes is 95%. The VA rounds up or down in increments of five. Most 100% P&T ratings using the combined ratings table that are more than 95 but are capped at 96% unless you have a single condition rated at 100% by itself. The beauty is 100 is 100 no matter how you slice it. Congratulations 👏 👏 👏 welcome to the 100 club. Never give up fellow brothers and sisters at arms. We have earned everything we receive from the VA. That's Facts. Love you all for all the sacrifices made in joining the US Armed Forces. God Bless the USA 🇺🇸.

I just recently got T&P as well, it was a long journey to get it but thank God I got it. I had to fight tooth and nail though, I made sure I documented everything and went to the appointments. Those VA appts play a part in the C&P decisions. It also helped me that 2 of the examiners were veterans themselves. Some of my 0% were increased in time as well.

You can increase those 0 percent ratings as the symptoms get worse. Scars are rated based on how painful they become, equals 10. Two 0
percent ratings equal 10 percent according to VA math.
Check out Va claims insider. They can help solve issues with your other claims. I highly recommend them.

Congratulations! I just recently started the process and put in a claim with like 10 complaints.
My issues are that Ive been out for 17 years now and I never go to the doc. I also never got seen while I was in the army even tho I was in pain.
How did you get the docs to give you all these diagnoses? Did you go through the VA? Ive seen a few private docs in the past few weeks. My pcp seems shy about giving me what I need for my claims tho. I may need a new doc.

I’m at 50% after an initial 30% but have more injuries than any veteran I know. I’m currently in a combat ptsd program in martinsburge wv and plan to get reevaluated once I’m done here. The VA has neglected me for years. Upon returning home in 2010 I had already had severe orthopedic surgeries for service connected injuries and desperately needed a corrective surgery for a fused toe that failed and wrapped back under my foot. I had to walk on that bone for 7 years before trump started the choice program act. In those seven years there were two failed surgery attempts by regular VA. This painful experience had a direct impact on my life and I eventually had to go outside the VA to get it done. Not to mention I’ve been denied ptsd in the past that was also negligent on their behalf and lead me down a dark path before I could receive the treatment I needed. I’m looking for any advice on my options for being so impacted by their negligence eventually leading me to become homeless and hopeless that I want to hit back for maximum retro pay and use that money to help other vets going through this in my state. Also a platform like yours to help connect with vets in dark places and provide them resources. Any collaboration or advice would be greatly appreciated.
