I just did a splice for a mooring line. It came out nice. I've done one or two in the distant past; they were functional, but not very pretty. The one I did now, looks nice, and I have confidence in it. Thanks.

My grandfather used to try to teach me this, ( to a dumb girl). Color coding would have been a lot easier.
