I truly am confused as to how many sets to really do but you sort of gave an idea ESPECIALLY on the rest time and body control idea. Really looking forward to more of these pure calistenics drills and explanations on how to really build a cali physique with some meal ideas if you can...im raw vegan. Love.

Haha appreciate it. This is what I do for my chest man. I haven’t touched weighted dips in over 6 months! I tested it a few weeks back and the weight I’m able to move has maintained really well.

20 reps but I aimed to to make sure I couldn’t do any more that that by using controlled tempo and deep ROM
