Samsung themselves have admitted that Snapdragon is better than Exynos by putting it in their top of the line S24 Ultra while the S24 and plus get the inferior Exynos chipset. Every brand puts the best components in their flagship product. Since the Ultra has the SD chipset, that clearly means that SD is better. However, despite getting an inferior chipset in S24, we're paying more than its superior US variant.

@@aditya_on_youtube Let just say I'm Samsung and I know that Exynos is doing good this time.
I know that most people still believe in Snapdragon more than Exynos. So putting Exynos into Ultra right now isn't good strategy, it will impact my sell volume.
So instead I decided to keep Ultra with Snapdragon while showing the world that Exynos is also capable in regular and plus model. What do I get from this
      - This will drive people who still in doubt with Exynos to pay more to get Ultra.
      - Meanwhile there will be user feedback regarding improvement of Exynos.
If it turns out that Exynos is doing good job as I claim by getting mostly positive feedback from user, I will keep doing this for few more generation to slowly gain public trust with Exynos until I finally decided to put Exynos into all models. At that point people probably say, "hey they drop Snapdragon but for the past few years Exynos seems fine, so it should be ok for me"
But if it's still crab after years then I can still keep selling Ultra with Snapdragon.
But that being said, that's my thought not Samsung.

OP12 has been priced fairly in India at 65k (before discounts). This matches its US price of $799. The S24, on the other hand, has an inflated price in India. It also costs $799 in the US but 80k in India. Additionally, you're getting an inferior processor in India. This is a double whammy.
Also, regardless of what these Samsung sponsored youtubers are saying, if the Exynos was indeed so good then why didn't they put it in the Ultra in India?

In comparison to S24, pixel 8 is not that worth it, always try to go for Snapdragon processors (as far as my opinion is concerned) as I have been using pixel 4a since October 2020, & it's still as snappy as any other phone right now, just that the battery life has reduced quite a bit (which is obvious), rest it's all your choice

Benchmarks are good to understand how capable a chipset is, but what matters is the performance on regular usage, like
    1. Getting warmer than usual on usage
    2. Heating up while charging
    3. Throttling on usage
    4. Closing up apps due to throttling.
If they can fix all these issues, then Exynos can be used in flagships. Else, it isn't worth it!

    12GB RAM base model
    Micro SD expansion
    4000 mah battery
    3x zoom sensor size - 1/1.72 inch
    Galaxy S24 4 years later:
    8GB RAM base model
128GB storage in base model without microSD
4000 mah battery (S21/22/23 had smaller batteries)
    3x zoom sensor size - 1/3.94 inch

Thanks for the review and the small test indicating performance, heat and battery.
For me it comes down to batterylife, especially when being out and about constantly switching celltowers.
The S22 with the Exynos 2200 did not even last a day when being outside, had horrible standby time and got the worst battery rating of all phones on dxomark ever.
I fear the exynos 2400 might be fast but inefficient as well. So I'll wait. :)
