Wow! I have never visited the Museum of African American History & Culture. I haven't been to Washington since 1995, which was long before the museum was built. It looks amazing. I'll bet you could spend two whole days there and still miss some interesting things. I'm glad you got to go.

I think you will really enjoy the Air & Space museum tomorrow… it is very popular! I also hope you get to see the White House and Arlington National Cemetery (JFK is buried there with an eternal flame) Plus you can also see the famous Tomb of the Unknown Soldier guarded 24/7!

The International Spy Museum is super cool. There's a ton of Cold War era technology that is incredibly interesting. Truly one of the more fun museums in the D.C. area. After that, The Smithsonian Museum of Natural History is absolutely spectacular. Glad you're enjoying yourself, sir. Can't wait to see what comes next.
I’m so happy to see that you are now able to travel and explore a little. There is so much in America to see and do. Hopefully, you will get experience many more places in your new country. You have chosen a great place to start your journey in learning about the US. Hope it doesn’t rain too much in the next few days. I live in Dayton, Ohio where we are getting a lot right now and it I have a feeling it will be coming your way. Enjoy yourself though and I hope most of your planned destinations are mostly indoors. ☔️
Glad to see you are enjoying my hometown. Did you notice the Smithsonian Castle behind you? The restaurants in the museums are expensive. If you go to the museums a lot, you can become a member and get a discount, but otherwise, yeah, they aren't cheap. But, for most people, going to the Smithsonian is a treat for a school trip or a family vacation, so one museum meal isn't too bad. If you have time, try to go to the FBI. It will be interesting to see it from a Russian perspective.
DC is definitely a nice walking city to see all the architecture but the metro system is Awesome to get to the section you want to see. I still recommend going into Chinatown and see the big arch and get some Chinese food at the Mary Surrott house which is now a Chinese restaurant but has a marker in front of the place. The restaurant is called Wok and Roll I believe. The Natural History museum is my favorite.

I don't believe museums were designed for just one visit. They want you to slowly enjoy and immerse yourself, to return multiple times.

Be prepared for more large museums. :) You won't be able to see it all.
