Amazing! I did not know this was being built in Las Vegas. I went to Las Vegas on vacation one time. It was alot of fun and there's alot to do there besides gambling in the casinos. Trivia: This 4th tallest crane is 240 Meters tall (the Eiffel Tower is 324 meters for comparison) It seems Belgium is known for building these huge monstrosities!
Las Vegas, Nevada is an over-the-top city. Of course, there are casinos and gambling is everywhere in the State of Nevada, even in gas stations. At night is when Las Vegas comes alive with all the lights and fountains. It is quite a spectacle. You can visit the casinos and take in the first-class entertainment. I heard they are quite smoky inside since smoking is allowed. However, if you gamble you will end up losing money except perhaps at blackjack or professional level poker. The odds are always in favor of the house. This sphere is a sophisticated geodesic dome. The materials of the outer shell and the interior had better not be plastic but something a lot less flammable. Large geodesic domes made of plastic have caught fire and burned down in 25 minutes. What is difficult to design and install are the air conditioning and heating systems. Every human being gives off heat and humidity. For large crowds that has to be compensated for. There are also large differences between the daytime and nighttime temperatures due to Las Vegas being located in the desert.
