I think I can feel the heat all the way down into Florida!! Looked like they would taste good but I’m not sure?? I enjoy watching the videos, thank you.
Thanks Thomas! Yes, I like heat, but these were right on the edge for me and would do them again! Jack likes really hot and he was happy with this salsa! Cheers!
Can't say I want salsa or Habanero seasoning on a burger but who knows, might be ok! But we do love smashburgers on our sns plancha... 1/2 chimney is always plenty of charcoal when using the plancha - probably even less for breakfasts when cooking pancakes or eggs. I have that same smasher and it works perfectly with 2.5 to 3 oz meatballs. We like them pretty flat with lots of that amazing crust. Thanks for the video, cheers!
Yes, I like some heat, this was almost too much, but it did have some great flavor! Good tips on the charcoal quantity, I had it running a little too hot on the one side, but the great thing is plenty of room on the Plancha for the perfect spot! I do like that smasher, these were 4oz and the only issue was the amount of fat in this Wagyu ground beef, even holding for 10+ seconds, they still shrunk on me. As you mentioned the crust is outstanding! thanks as always! Cheers!
Looks way too hot for me. My complements to Jack on shooting that video. I loved the shot where you were smashing and the steam and smoke was shooting out from the wax paper. Nice work fellas!
For me the smashburger gets a great crusts on both sides and will remain extremely juicy when done right. A regular is not a bad thing, but my wife will always request a smashburger over any other style. Give it a try! Thanks for watching! Cheers!

It is a fun piece to work with and I need to use it more often! Enjoy! Cheers!
Hah those smash burgers look fantastic Craig, and hey a little heat isn’t bad! Really cool set up with the plancha on the sns. Cheers brother!
Thanks Charley! Hope the weekend was good for you! Busy on my end, but fun. Yes I enjoy the heat, but this was on the edge for me! Cheers!
This plancha look very cool
it works well and makes you charcoal grill into a flattop. Because I also have a Blackstone, I don’t use this as often as I should! Cheers!
Good looking burger, Craig.

What’s the big deal about a “smash burger”? How is is compared to “regular bbq burgers”?
