Me too! It has quickly become one of my favorite albums from them! It's just so consistent and really well done both in production and lyrics.

Love this album! I feel like it’s impossible to put onto a spectrum with other paramore albums because it’s almost as if it IS the spectrum. It sounds like the perfect mesh of every era to me so i view it as almost a separate entity!

I get that! It’s just awesome to see their progression tbh! I like that this style is here when you want that indie vibe and just to feel it in a different way to their other projects! ☺️

You couldn't have said it better. We feel exactly the same way about this album, and I love that they're taking the liberty to dive into different genres and that every song has its own personality. Stunning piece of work. Lyrics are so smart and to the point, I think this might be one of my favorite Paramore albums so far, if not *the* favorite one.

Paramore never stops surprising me. At the moment, my favorite album is after laughter because I’m the same age the Hayley had by that album and I feel so related 😂😭. But I’m in lovee with this too❤

I haven’t heard a no skips album in sooooo long and this definitely broke the spell. Hearing “liar” and then “crave” right after for the first time the night the album came out, absolutely destroyed me
At first listen I was left kinda wondering. And at the same time I knew I was gonna absolutely love this album. After second and third listen I was hooked. This album leaves you wanting more, constantly. So you have to play it again. Very smart.

this is why, r.o.o.t, c.c.c, got after laughter and half noise's groove. even the news sounds close to ignorance after laughter live version.

liar sounds like a rock-ified hate to see your heart break, and crave shared some of the quality (and even theme) of daydreaming.
you first, if you listen to it carefully, can be stitched to all we know is falling. (try pairing the sound of "whooose the wooorst" with "aaalll weee knoooow, is falling it faaallls..." they continues perfectly.
figure 8 reminds me of pool's intro mixed with riot b side aouynds. and thick skull draw influence from hayley's petals/flowers (reference: just a lover) and paramore's post-rock closer track, future.

Crave is the standout for me on the album..the nostalgia is strong with that one!!

Back here for another observation on the album: don't you also hear *a lot* of Bloc Party from "Silent Alarm" in the instrumental part, as well as the influence of other english indie/alternative bands? Plus the funky parts, of course. Oh, and Crave really made me think of Sam Fender, too, except with a catchy hook by Hayley Williams. I love that they love english artists.
