Thank You so much. I am making stuffed toys for the Christmas Shoebox Ministry. I was wanting to learn how to make jointed bears. Through your Thoughtfulness I now know how to do this. God bless you for your kindness
Thank you so much! I have enjoyed watching your videos because I have never made jointed rag dolls and now I see why the purpose to use buttons on soft toys.
Thank you for making this video. I crochet and I have a couple large stuffed animals that I wanted to make but they have button joints and I could not find any information on it until now
Thankyou for that tutorial. I've knitted a 20" bear and the instructions have told me to get plastic clip in joints but I looked on Amazon and they are very expensive. This bear is working out to be a dear project as the yarn had to be 4 ply, over £2 for a 50grm ball....I'm hoping your method of fixing movable limbs will work for me, fingers crossed.
Haven't done a demo but the templates for the mouse should be available here - www.sewmag.co.uk/templates/sew-145-january-21-myrtle-mouse-and-me-set c x
Yes, you can download the template here - www.sewmag.co.uk/templates/sew-145-january-21-myrtle-mouse-and-me-set You may have to sign up first but it's all free, c x

@@kathyshirey9446 The legs on the demo bunny were prestuffed and then stitched into the bottom seam of the body. You can always button joint legs in the same way as arms though, c x
This helped me to repair a soft toy that had lost its arms while being played with by a grandson. Now I realise that this toy wasn’t meant to be played with by a small child.
From memory she's called Harriet Hare and should still be available to download from the Sew Magazine website. I think the link is this - www.sewmag.co.uk/free-sewing-patterns/harriet_hare c x

I used this tutorial to make a sew on the small mouse plush I’m making and it was super helpful
Glad it helped. It's not as 'safe' as safety joints but it's so much easier to get the right positioning, c x
Brilliant! Thank you! 😍
Super helpful thank you ❤
Very informative....thank you......
Have you a video of making this rabbit, I really love the face? 😍
I'm sorry, we don't. The rabbit is quite time consuming to make with our current set up so we opt for quicker projects, c x
i have a bear pattern that says attach arms and legs to the out side of the body, i think using this method has a much nicer finish to it,
