Loved this episode. One of the best. Particularly loved the cooking segments. Great job just keeps getting better.

It's so crazy how hot it is there and cold here!? We didnt get any snow the other night either but they did down around Denver; was a bummer cause i like the snow! Being from Texas and the heat there and the nights were horrid cause at 1:am it would still be like 95 and can only imagine what the heat is like there, especially where you are at in this video and where you are going with open long stretches of dry roads..! Love it when you fly the drone cause you get the best views from above that's for sure & nice lil rainstorm that blew in on ya at Lake Johnston! Well can't wait til you get to the Nullarbor, today am going to get online & see what it's all about, so please stay safe and cool & thanks for another great outback adventure..!!!!

@@melisam.3180 Great, thanks for stopping by, crazy how hot it is here at the campground I just pulled into 41deg Cel, yet in just 3 hrs the temp dropped to 18deg C and now I’ve got a long sleeved shirt on and jeans. Shame about it not snowing, I like the snow too,

Wow, now that's a temperature drop and that is kinda how it does here also. I like it when the sun goes down cause the temps get cooler in the summertime & sometimes you gota wear a light jacket..!

Good job mate. They are right about the steaks - especially salt. BUT - if you like something then that is what is right. No arguments. Also do yourself a massive favour and get a meat thermometer - I've been cooking, aging prepping steaks from paddock to fork for 35 years and its an absolute MUST - 60 c -> then rest. back to the video.

@@audas Thanks mate, I actually have a meat thermometer, I’ll start using it for Webber cooking, use it alot for open fire cooking but current fire bans have stopped that, cheers for the reminder, I have a couple of scotch fillets out for tonight, I’ll get the thermometer out too
