We decided on short notice to go on a weekend trip to Fredericksburg, TX. It was so fun to get away and refresh. We ate, drank, hiked, and shopped. And during the holidays it is beautiful. Enjoy!!

Good morning! Sorry for the late reply. My husband got sick with pneumonia and then tested positive for the flu and covid 😳. Scary but glad he is better. I hope we open up more soon. Hope 2021 is better for all of us. Wishing you all health and happiness ! 🎉🥰

We needed to get out. It was so nice to see people having fun and smiling and laughing. Gosh these lockdowns are getting out of hand. I have my opinion about it so don’t want to get in to it but my mental health needed this. And Shawkat is a trooper. The food was delicious and yes we do like drinks 😊🤣. But in moderation lol. Hi Heba, I miss catching up with you. I am sorry I have been so busy recently that I am very behind with watching all my fav RUclips channels. We are off camping tomorrow (no power or hot water but we are very organised and have the vehicles and caravan loaded to leave brought and early in the morning) I am looking forward to coming home refreshed and being able to reconnect with my fav RUclipsrs. It’s unbelievable how these politicians can get away with this. They don’t even follow their own ‘rules’. Evil people. Hope something can be done. No one can live like this. My mental health on the verge and this is with living in a semi lockdown. I can’t imagine what y’all are going through. We need to ignore these lockdowns and open up. It’s getting ridiculous 😡

Hi Heba! 👋😀 I'm new to your channel, now am hooked! That was such an entertaining video of you and your husband enjoying the food and sights in charming Fredericksburg! My husband and I visited there about 6 or 7 years ago, but plan to go back next month(November).We fell in love with this town, it's like visiting "little Germany", we had such a good time, even though it was just for a day. Next time, we'll stay a little longer.😊 I'm sure during the Fall, the hill country looks breathtaking!🍁 Was curious if you and your husband had a chance to visit "Dooley's 5,10,25 cent store, on main street? There's a video on line about it, with the owner showing things. They have some old fashioned items that you can no longer find anywhere in Texas, we'd like to go there next time. And we couldn’t go back this year. Timing was off. Lol. And I can’t remember if we end into that place but I remember going into 5 and dimes store as a kid. Miss those times. Lol. We are planning a trip to Europe in December and hopefully film that. Going to Christmas markets there. I hope nothing happens between now and then. Thank you Deborah! Thank you! @@HebaS Hi again Heba! Was delighted to get message from you this soon!🤗 Like you, years ago enjoyed 5 and 10 cent stores, like "Motts" and "Ben Franklin"! Also used to love going in Woolworth's, where you could shop and eat and loved going to the old "Kress" store back in the 60's, cheap bargains galore and they would Also bag fresh old timey candies and nuts for you there. Now, there long gone..miss the good old days! That trip you mentioned you and your husband were planning to take in Europe sounds wonderful and exciting, visiting Christmas markets, etc.! Enjoy and be safe!💕 Many years ago my father was in the Army and we toured most of Europe and lived several years in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, Germany. Even though I have some memories of it, I was quite young and hope some day, my husband and I can go to Europe, at least that's on our "bucket list".😁 When you both go to Europe, would love to see a video of it!👍

Hi Maribel! Wow what a month we had. First my husband had car trouble. Then he wasn’t feeling well. Covid and flu negative but had pneumonia. Still wasn’t feeling well so took him back and now covid and flu positive. Admitted and it was scary for a couple of dats. Spent Christmas in the hospital. We are back home. And he is better. Thank you for checking. You are wonderful. 🥰❤️
