I picked this up and started using it and have some questions 1. Is there a way to turn the LED Display off with remote/on-board controls? Seems like only way to do so is via the app 2. Does the sample unit make a humming noise when it oscilates vertically? I can hear a hum/whine when it does that. Also, hearing a clicking sound when it oscillates vertically. 3. Possible hazard - when I plug the power supply to the wall first -> plug into the fan, I saw a bright spark, which can be pretty dangerous if near flammable environments. I like fan--it's quiet and moves a lot of air. Just not liking the hum/whine/clicking noise when it oscillates vertically. It doesn't do it horizontally. I'm wondering if I should exchange for a new unit?
1. Just app that I am aware of 2. No we did not observe that noise on our unit 3. Are you sure that is on the device vs your wall? Try other outlets + devices to make sure you don't have a larger issue at hand! I would exchange for a new unit and see if you still have the noise/electrical issue!

Can it cool a 15x15 bedroom
It is more of a desk/nightstand fan to circulate air vs a whole bedroom. You would be better off with one of Dreos tower fans imo!
