@ thanks man. Well right now here in South Africa, the Tineco is on a better special than the Dreame. So I guess it’s the Tineco! Was just a bit worried about the battery being 20mins less capable. But seems to be an overall better package.

Great question! I should have shown that up close so my apologies... Left side of the battery when holding the whole vacuum head in your hand has led lights showing you battery level!

It shows while in use and also while charging!

hmmmm that is strange... I am not sure what to tell you! Make sure your clean water tank is installed properly and that it is full of water. Make sure you dirty water tank is installed properly then initiate a clean of the mop and see if that solves the issue?

Shoot I actually don't know since we have since cleared out our inventory and no longer have this model :( I would think it keeps same settings set on schedule vs different power level but cannot confirm!

@@VacuumChef Some of the app dialogs have a content pane where there is a white curved rectangle at the top with a bit of grey at the top left (and I think right) corners. For those dialogs you can close them by hitting the small grey corners at the top left (and maybe the top right).

I always start with the bottom first and angle it in then snap/press shut firmly! Does that even help? I am sorry it is being diffcult!

No map merging that I am aware of! You just need to delete the old maps and make a new map!!

They don't recommend that and you run the risk of messing up your vacuum. I sometimes will put dawn power wash in my clean water tank as it is mild!

I'd stick with the QREVO S to save $$$ unless you REALLY want mop extend or mop pad removal and think that is worthwhile for the few exta dollars. You also might appreciate the QREVO S has a smaller base station/form factor for your space!

Great question! I don't know if they have country by country skus... I would assume if you buy an R10 Pro in any country you will get what you see here (with a different power supply)

Not that I am aware of... the reason they do the app setup for your mop tank is so you can't use it on other versions :(

@CleanChef I was all over the place but it was mainly between a 'vacuum only' roomba or whatever brands were out there. I am new to the game so I did a lot of research yesterday. There are so many models! I noticed the roborocks got all around good reviews and the Max+ was on sale and checked the boxes, so I went with that. It did it's first run yesterday and we were very happy with how much it picked up between the carpet, rugs, and hardwood! It's not terribly loud either, much quieter than the Shark upright I have. Great vacuum and thanks again for the great video!

Great question. I have no idea if anything runs through a server but the images do save to your device! So since it is a device connected to the internet I would always assuming the worst! Connected to internet = no privacy imo!

They are very similar to each other in all regards honestly! We are still trying to think of a way we can truly test them to see which one is a better cleaner! Since they both have 180 lie flat I would stick with the H14 since it is cheaper!
