Brown noise is great for blocking out external sounds and distractions and even internal rumination. It sounds a lot smoother and less harsh than white noise and pink noise which use higher frequencies. I've also adjusted the EQ on this audio, to make it sound EVEN SMOOTHER and more soothing. The effect is a little bit like sleeping in the back of a moving car - very relaxing!
Use this one with or without headphones! It can help you:
    Focus
    Sleep
    Mask tinnitus
Reduce your internal monologue to help with concentration
Calm children, babies and even pets

This sounds like when I was in my dad’s car at night on our way home from a gathering as a kid. I always loved the quiet yet slightly noisy ride, meanwhile being able to feel the road under the car. My sister sitting next to me, holding my hand, as we doze off into dreamland with the smell of car and cold air embracing us until we were finally home. I have never truly felt like that since I was a kid or early teen, but this video brought me back to those days and I’m thankful for that.

To everyone who's studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
    • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸
( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :) )

This is surprisingly useful for trying to stay focused, thank you. It's also inspiring, it makes me feel like I should be creating and posting content also. It also seems to help my cats sleep more comfortably.. not that they really needed help. I know you didn't invent brown noise, so it's particularly cool you modified it to create your own custom mix to enhance the effect. Great job.

This reminds me of the family trips to my mom’s hometown in Guatemala. A quiet little village in the middle of nowhere… a dormant volcano on the horizon, wind blowing through the leaves of the forests, endless cornfields, the distant rumble of a chicken bus approaching from miles, the sun sparkling over the water, hidden cicadas and rattlesnakes, an abandoned adobe house full of flowers blooming in its roofless walls and children playing hide and seek. Beautiful memories!
(Now the village is a town full of cars, some forests were completely wiped for agroindustrial use and most of the old adobe houses were demolished to build modern residences… it took about 10 years for this and most people seem to have forgotten how charming the place used to be).

@@KerryMac About 20 years ago I was a (starving) recording engineer with a home studio, and I brought some gear to Kailua-Kona on the Big Island (HI), my Sony DAT, small Mackie mixer, and a stereo mic, and recorded a few hours of surf sound in the middle of the night (to minimize people and bird interference) from a condo lanai that actually hung over the lava rock beach. I did a bit of compression later to even out the "7th wave of the 7th set" startling crashing breakers, snipped out one bird tweet, and otherwise left it natural. I had ideas to "put it out there", but never really did. I still have a few CDs, and of course it's in digital format. But it's another wonderful way to zen out, listening to that surf!

Oh wow it really does help with tinnitus. This track appeared in my feed; I have severe tinnitus and decided to put it to the test as my tinnitus is particularly shrill right now. A few seconds after the track started, 90% of the tinnitus just melted away. I did have to put the audio louder than just ‘background noise’ level, and use a headband with integrated headphones.
I play tracks all night to sleep, otherwise the tinnitus keeps me awake; I’m very excited to give this one an all-night test. Tracks like this with just one frequency are my favorite type. Thank you! ❤
