1 Hour BROWN NOISE 💭 for FOCUS, SLEEP, AND COMFORT ✨ *no music*

- Today's video is simply brown noise. What is brown noise? Brown noise is similar to white noise, except a much lower frequency. You may be familiar with white noise being used to help babies sleep. Personally I absolutely LOVE IT because extremely soothing, isn't as high pitch as white noise, but also isn't as distracting as music can be at time. It also helps add an extra layer of background to mute out any external noises that may sneak through headphones! (ie: car honks, doors closing, footsteps from an upstairs neighbor..) You can also use this as background music while cleaning, relaxing, studying, or sleeping. I hope you enjoy....
....and as always and forever....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!! 🤍

I like that this isn't multiple hours long like the others because when I leave it on to fall asleep to, it doesn't go on forever and drain my phone battery
I leave mine while it's charging and my phone was so hot when I woke up! I use this video every night now, instead of the 10 hour ones.
In case this helps anyone else, if you have an iPhone, you can set a timer in the clock app and for "when timer ends" choose "Stop Playing" (it's at the bottom). This will stop anything that's playing including audio books etc. at the end of the timer. Awesome for people who like to fall asleep to something but don't want it playing all night!
In android you can turn the phone off and will turn on a time you set it.
The creepy thing is how does the phone know how to wake up if it is "Turned Off"? I did not research for it and I will just leave it as a magic
@@nextjuan9390 that is interesting actually
You can set a RUclips timer
Loving my fellow ADHD commenters… the brown noise provides *instant* calm to all of the constant activity in my being. It feels like my brain and body are finally in harmony, like I can breathe but didn’t know I couldn’t before. 🙌🏻
its like my brain my thinks something serious is going on and stops being a jerk
My brain just went "huh?" And now it's blank like wot
I was thinking about everything at once and now it's quiet
Me too
It doesn't work for me. It's crazy to read it works for other people with ADHD. You guys either have a nerfed version of ADHD or I have a severe one.
My head is completely empty listening to the brown noise. The suicidal thoughts, the intrusive thoughts, and the 100 other voices in my head disappear. It makes me calm and meditative.
glad it worked for you! I'm really needing it to work for me too..
I’m so glad glad you have found another coping mechanism for when your suicidal ideation is overwhelming. Thank you for staying in this world. ‘The world is better with you in it’ (Jazz Thornton)
Give it to God
Hope your doing well my friend. This noise helps me too.
Jesus is alive
This reminds me of every morning waking up for school. Specially reminds me of high school. You know, when you first go outside on a cold morning, where you could see your own breath. I was never entirely sure where this noise was coming from or how but I assumed that it was the sky taking noise and echoing it in a slow hum. I always found it to be such a nostalgic peaceful sound.
Where I live, there's a highway near me but not close enough to hear it regularly. Only on cold winter mornings would I hear the cars on the highway since sounds travel farther in the cold. That's what this noise reminds me of.
Yes! Waking up at 7 am and going out while the sky is still almost white and you can hear a couple cars occasionally passing buy. Most tiring but memorable mornings.
Yes! You described it perfectly
It’s the cars in the background making this noise, it’s called noise pollution I think
I can totally relate. It Brings back school mornings to me too
Praying for everyone to fall asleep quickly and sleep peacefully. May everyone wake up happy and well rested.
This is so soothing. I imagine babies hear something like this and that's why we like it.
I can tell you, one time (i just tried it out) my 4 mouths old doughter fall asliep to this at onece! It was really nice. And didn't even wake up for ours (vid was on just for a few minutes)!
@@Inkachanmine fell asleep within 2 minutes of this being on
Sadly it worked just once😢
Feels like I’m on a midnight plane flying over the most beautifully lit city, oh then I look up and see the most epic stars in the sky! Closest I’ve been to a star is in this late night plane ride where everyone’s sleep or peacefully stargazing with me ✨
This is the comment that resonates with me the most
Yes, I knew that noise reminded me of something.
Oh yes! It remembers me to a nightflight overseas when i was 18 or 19 i can see myself enjoying the sound and atmosphere in the plane while everyone was asleep! Feels so perfect! What a nice memory!
If u look up there's a ceiling bro
I love reading everyone’s peace in the comments it’s so heartwarming
It is! 🥰🥰
My mind rarely being quiet for a day. With this, I don't have to worry about anything
Beautiful sounds. For everyone listening: remember storms don't last forever, you're gonna get through this ❤❤
well that made me cry. Thank you.
How do you know
😢 I hope so...
No I’m not 💔
@@aferris1435 maybe not
I tried songs, osts, lo-fi, classical, rain sounds, lowered crowd noises, nothing compares to this. i love it
this totally reminds me of laying in the bathtub or in water with my ears under. I have always LOVED that and been entranced by that sound and now I know why I love it. ADHD is muffled by this. LOVE IT!
I couldn't understand or even try to explain to myself how I felt while listening to this till I read this comment! Perfect description.
Same
Couldn’t figure out why but then read this comment and yes. This is exactly it!
Me to
Omggg yes! I use to do that all the time as a kid n I lovvvvved the peace. That’s funny how even as a kid I found peace n the smallest things. Thank u for bringing that to my attention ❤️
I feel I’m either in a plane, or in my comfy bed and there’s snow blizzard outside. Kinda soothing.. super comforting.
My biggest fear is my parents growing old and passing away. My mind cant let go of the thought. I'm only 12, and my parents are not super old but they had me quite late... Listening to something like this just soothes my brain, letting me face the thoughts without drowning inside of them. And for that I am grateful 😌☺️
My parents had me quite late too, I completely get where you're coming from. Focus on the present, the time you have with them right now, day to day. Enjoy them, make memories. Mine are in their 70s now and living life to the full, life is too short ❤️
My Mom was 34 when I was born and my Dad was 54, when I was a kid I worried a lot too. My Dad passed away when I was 29 and my Mom is still here and I'm 54! Don't think about the possible loss of time, Live in the moment. Every day when you wake up think of three good things...anything...the blanket feels soft, I'm happy I saw a squirrel yesterday, I like a certain class. Then say, "universe (or God/Allah/whatever you believe in), show me how good life gets". Start your day with good intentions and thoughts and your day will follow.
Don't be afraid young one. Every "body" will die including yours. Look at a picture of the solar system. Look at imaginings of the universe. Knowing there are endless universes and endless solar systems like the one we are in, look at the Earth. The Earth is already only a tiny speck. Now imagine what we perceive as "many" humans and other animals living here on Earth. Now see only yourself. What a tiny tiny speck yes? Apply all that you have just read and imagined to Time. Also endless in this realm..going on and on and on. What a tiny tiny tiny less than microscopic amount this "time" and "body" is. =) Detach from it. Live it as an actor doing your best for all around you. All will be well.
My mommy died in2015 I never had my real father
Hey. I had the same problem, thinking all the time, that I could loss my parents.im 35 now, they are still alive.. all worries for nothing. What I have learned is, don't put urself in fear for future things that doesn't even happened yet. Bc one day it will happen. When u think about it now, u will feel the pain of loss ur whole life until it happens. One time is hard enough,it will be the problem of ur future self :)
In a way this is what I feel a wave sounds like from under water, and in so in love with it. All thoughts, gone🖤✨
Maybe this is what we 'heard' from within the womb? I know that's such a hippiedippie thought, but it's the exact thing that popped in my head when I first turned this on and read your comment.
No that’s actually what I felt it resembled too!🤍🤍

im honestly in love with this. as a person with anxiety, ADHD & insomnia i find this amazing. i never thought i could shut down my overthinking brain and finally relax.
I have added to
I can’t explain the way this makes me feel, it sounds so stupid but I am tearing up because of the pure peace and concentration that I feel, I know it makes no sense but I’ve struggled to not think throughout my whole life, this helps me become aware of my thoughts. This helps me relax and let go, this helps me release the pain in my heart and I don’t understand how, it’s just noise. Thank you.
We are all made of frequency 💗
Yes, that's how it feels. It reminds me of how I feel at the beach, which is astounding to me.
thats actually reeally nice ;u;
٩(ˊᗜˋ*)✨
But it's not just noise🥰
I overthink constantly, and yet, I hear this, and for once in my life, it's quiet. No thoughts or imagery, no stress nor joy. I simply am. It's nice.
This is something that I find crazy in a good way I have adhd and as soon as I turn on any brown noise I instantly feel focused I feel a tingling sensation across my fave and my eyes zoom in I love it
Omg I FEEL THE SAME WAY!! You described that so perfectly haha

That’s crazy I just felt the same 😲
Maybe this is the noise a foetus hears in the womb? All the blood rushing past and that's why we like it and have an all encompassing sense of calm going back to the place we were safe
This is the best comment I have ever seen....thank you
Might it be that it subconsciously reminds us of being in our mothers womb? Safe & warm❤️I’m from the beach, always loved it, but besides that, could be what we all have in common, doesn’t it?
Sending love to everyone, bless you all 🧚🏻♀️🦋💙
I had the same thought!
That makes a lot of sense!
It reminds me of the time when I was struggling with anxiety & i visited a pool and i just floated on the water, it was so good
It makes me feel like I'm floating on the ocean, with the sun above so warm and bright on my skin. So peaceful
I tried using pink and white noise, but somehow they confuse me and make me jittery. But listening to brown noise when im working calms me down and just sends tingles all over my body. I love studying listening to it !!!
Same . I’ve also heard green noise and it made me so nervous ! Brown noise is where it’s at 😊
I thought I was the only one who got tingles from this!
Same!! I study maths or science while listening to it. Helps me to forget about procrastination and be productive.
I love this comment section, so many creative imaginations and positivity
I agree! 🥰🥰
My brain…has NEVER been so relaxed and quiet in my entire life. I am just now discovering this and I am genuinely amazed by how relaxed and at ease I am
I totally agree!! That’s why I had to make one for my channel! I had helped tremendously 🤍
I’m loving this……and loving that it’s “brown noise” 🤎🤎
So glad you loved it!
Me too☺🤎

you know when you yawn really loud and all the sounds around you sound very faint or not hearable at all, this is how it feels inside my brain when i play this like it's so calming all my thoughts are either gone completely or at least partially silenced and it feels so good, thank you
This makes me feel as though I am standing high on a mountain top and looking over lush valleys - Thankyou ❤
I remember going under water with my head while taking a bath as a kid. I know I felt relaxed and safe. These sounds reminded me of this. 🙂
Oh yesssss! As you sid this I coukd feel the water all arround me again 😱
I don’t totally understand why, but this is the only brown noice that make me feel as relaxed and peace as yours does. Thank you for the comfort it brings me 💕
O MESMO COMIGO KKKKKKKK
This sound is like watching a movie on a airplane at night while snacking on a pretzel or biscof
I didn't think it was possible to have no voice going on in my head, this proved me wrong. So relaxing (albeit a little unsettling in calm before a storm kinda way 😂
Been using this every night to sleep, usually it takes me 20 minutes to drift off but something about yesterday took 5 minutes. It's such a nice tone to listen to and helps clear my head when I'm trying to sleep 😌
I used to fly a lot for work and my most productive time was in the airplane next to a window seat hearing this same sound. Now I know why this does what it does! I put this on with headphones and it's like immediate focus.
Yesss! It’s my favorite. So glad you enjoy it! Im making a longer one now!
That's exactly what happens to me when I fly. I'm so relaxed once your cruising up through the sky, that I fall asleep.
The best one I've found. Tried other ones but after half hour or so I end up frustrated with it and back to this one. Absolutely love this one.
I’m so flattered! Aww thank you. Happy you are enjoying it
This reminds me of long car rides with my family. It was so peaceful and it almost immediately made me sit, shut my eyes, and adjust my breathing.
I fall asleep to this every night now. I put it on and the chaos in my mind stops. Thank you ❤️
This was my first time with brown noise...I went straight to sleep. That was wild! I needed it. Thank you
Ahhh I love it!
I’ve been using this to sleep every night for the past week. I never make it awake to the 30 minute mark. This has been so helpful. ✨
Ahhh I’m so happy to hear that!!
This gives me a warm fuzzy feeling in my face. So weirdly comforting. 🧡
This is literally just what i needed after today, i had a super embarrassing moment today and my minds just been overthinking constantly since it 😫 this really calmed my brain down and i feel so much more relaxed now, tysm
Oh no, I'm sorry you went threw that. It happens to the best of us though
Awww I can totally empathize with you! Luckily there’s always another day, and time fades everything 🤍 sending open arms!!🫶🏽🤗🤗
Hey, just wanted to remind you it’s already 9 days ago, people almost forget for sure.. not that interesting anymore, people always talk. I’m sorry for that, but it happens to all of us beauty. ❤️it’s okay 😘
@@marykunene1324 put puuu
Hey it's already 2 weeks people don't even remember what they had in the day before yesterday's breakfast so how would they remember anything embarrassing that happened to you?💟😘
Struggling with my newborn here at night.. never heard about brown noise so when it appeared in my recommendations I was curious and played it. Baby fell asleep instantly! I think it reminds him of the womb.. thank you😌
This gives me such cosy vibes, like listening to a kettle softly boiling water in the background 🥰
Music and radio can be fun, but they have the opposite effect on me when I want to concentrate on my work. This noise is strangely calming and quiet and comfortable. At the same time, I realized that I like the sound of boiling water in an electric kettle, the sound of the wind when riding a bicycle, and the sound of diving into a pool. Thank you.
You're so welcome!
Thank you and love that it is "Brown Noise". This came right on time. I was having some discomfort and wanted to rest to a nice relaxing, loving sound. Blessings and Love Queen 🥰
I legit fell asleep in my chair without realizing, the ringing in my left hear was barely noticeable and i both slept and woke up in a calm mindstate, i apriciate whoever posted this video
Aww Youre so welcome!
so relaxinggg, sounds like being in an airplane but muffled
I knowww ahhh I LOVE it! That’s why I had to share it! I always think ‘airplane’ too haha
Up at 2am with a very unwell baby, put this on and her body and energy completely calmed down, so did mine. Amazing!!!
Words can’t explain how happy I am to hear this!!!🥹🤍
This just made my baby fall asleep in maybe a minute 😮💨 I’ve been trying to get him to sleep for around an hour now
This sound soothes the different aspects of my mind.. all together silent🤍
I've used this video for over a week now and it's the only thing helping me fall asleep quickly and have a good nights rest
I love this. My mind is completely quiet and not thinking about everything at once 🥺❤️
It helps me sooo much. I always hear brown noise while I’m doing things for school oder just want to clear my head. Life saver Fr 💞
So calming. Love falling asleep to the sound of my heater. I’ll save on my electricity bill and fall asleep to this instead 😂❤️
As someone who overthinks a lot i find this really helpful when i wanna calm myself or go to sleep
reminds me a bit of the ocean. the roar of ocean waves, even being beneath the surface. peace 🙏🏻🌊💗
Although I've never talked to a professional about it, I experience nearly all of the symptoms/aspects of OCPD, on top of experiencing some social anxiety as I am a very introverted individual. This all leaves me very overwhlemed at times. I was just searching for some background noise for reading a book that wasn't any sort of music and stumbled across this. I swear my brain immediately went fuzzy & blank for a few seconds & it was such a scary & weird yet relaxing feeling. One of the weirdest sensations I've ever felt but I think brown noise is going to be a life changer for me.
I put this in a playlist with overnight affirmations, so that I can fall asleep to this and the affirmations play once I’m already asleep. I cannot sleep with someone talking. This is the perfect sound for sleep 💤 thank you
I LOVE how you filmed this and this is something i'm definitely gonna use in my tool box ✨
Aww Thank you!!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰
This sound is so peaceful and I used to swim back in my childhood but now I don't get time but after listening to this sound I could remember the joy of swimming under water❤️✨
I remember when i lived in my apartment there's a walking distance train rail on my windows and when the train pass by i can hear the very Relaxing Brown noise coming from the train it relaxes my whole entire soul and my spirit ❤️
Used to travel for a living. This reminds me of being on a long flight very early in the morning or late at night when there is no talking in the cabin - just the wind over the wings. I have tinnitus and right now it isn’t enough to cancel it out (mid-late afternoon), I’ll still try it this evening to try to sleep. All I’ve found that can help me sleep is to close my eyes in front of a tv with the volume turned low, or wearing earbuds while listening to a talk podcast with the volume turned down low.
Yeah this is exactly what I hear. The sound of the jet engines as you drift off to sleep
Hello! Quick question, did it work? Sleeping with it on while having tinnitus I mean
💥This reminds me of the sound of having the window open on the 5th floor of a hotel that I stayed at right on the ocean in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
That sound is incredibly tranquil.
Ahhhh….. 💫🌟💫
it's my first time trying brown noise to focus on my studies and tbh it was kinda scary at first, then everything starts to being calm and I began paying attention to what I was doing. I have ADHD, it was a relief to me known that the brown noise actually helped me.
I’ve been sleeping with this video for months I’m super grateful to have found this audio
Awww so happy to hear this!!
Water/air sound - very peaceful. My whole body is relaxed. Thank you.
I Just turned this on for the first time. My little one is super fuss of late, she fell asleep almost immediately. And i am feeding a calm in my body that is amazing.
Oh this sounds and feels very mellow and deep and soothing. More so than other brown noise listening videos I'm finding here. Thank you 🧘♀️
I have severe misophonia and can't sleep without noise. I love the loudness of this audio because I can drown out the sounds of others in my house-especially at night.
Thank you
I love reading comments from year(s) ago and I'm discovering this right now.
I listen to this every night at bedtime. It has completely helped my sleep schedule and well being. I am so grateful to have found this.
for the first time in a long time i feel calmn and brain isn't about to expoled and my heart beats are calmer i hope this works out for me until i get better thank you soo much❤
It just shuts all thoughts, and it feels nice.
I suffer from extreme anxiety, stress & depression & I discovered vroen noise recently since the usual asmr videos weren't helping me anymore & this truly feels relaxing(it reminds me of when I'm in my room on my bed in the dark staring at the ceiling while high winds gush around the mountains.
Love this! I fall asleep to brown noise every night. So soothing 😌
In just 5mins my baby cousin fell asleep. I love this sound
Helps more than you can imagine. I just went through a really tough breakup, and it hasn't been the easiest being inside my head all day. Helped me clear out some thoughts and finally sit down in peace for a little bit.
This is the best one so far….
I feel as if I’m taking a nice nap during a road trip but also like I’m laid out at the beach at night or on a nice cloudy day 🐚🌤
This is the conch and sea shell noises I love ❤️
My first thought - it sounds like some si-fi starship taking off or travelling through the space. :)
Absolutely love this going to be playing this in the background when I have to do my reading assignments 🤎🤎
First time hearing brown noise and it’s so relaxing🤍
Brown Noise! Yes to the melanin! Brown is pure. Brown is Sensual. Brown is Peaceful. Brown is Serene. Brown is Power. Brown is Life. Periodt! 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎
It doesn’t have anything to do with the colour. It is named after the guy who discovered it
Brown noise is cupping in ASMR videos. I’m so happy to find this because I really wanted to hear the “cupping trigger” but in an “extended” version.
This helped me to study without ANY distraction which is impossible for me so I'm so happy rn!!!!
So much better than rain sounds. Sounds like space.
I am 39 years old and just before some days i knew that i was suffering from adhd it was hard to believe this... But i belong to this community now.... I was wondering all that time why i feel so relief after watchind tornado videos.. Or sandy storm my feelings in that moment is speechless
Believe it or not, I just heard ab this sound on insta, and I tried it for the v first time to focus on my studies for finals, and it worked like a true miracle! It really, ACTUALLY HELPS in focusing , making you concentrate, try it out! I've had the best study session ever
Absolutely love this! 😊 Such a soothing and calming ambiance, perfect for relaxation, sleep, studying, and even managing tinnitus. Thank you for providing such a wonderful and helpful resource! 💖
I always use this brown music it helps me focus on my meditation. The sound feels like i am on the plane
Thank you for not putting two 15 second unskippable ads before this, like the other search results for brown noise
This is the first time I've ever been able to get calm with music
this is the best brown noise
U think maybe it’s relaxing cuz that’s what we heard in the womb?
Thank You!! So calm and relaxing. And also thanks for the description. I didn't know about Brown noise. Blessings 🌺🌈🧘♀️🙏🇦🇷
You’re so welcome! I just learned about it not super long ago and man it really changed my productivity AND rest!
The first time I heard I felt silence for the first time in my entire life. My brain felt like it was restructuring and there were no dagger like ideations or shards of anxiety, I felt like I was going to cry but I let that go too. It felt like I could be at peace for once, nothing in the world has given me such peace. “I really need, need a free mind now…” free mind
This has been extremely helpful, several times. I'm curious how you go about capturing/creating brown noise !
It’s an overlapping of a lot of different frequencies playing at once that our ears and mind translate to this low rumble. It’s lovely!
this video is revolutionary for me
Brown noise- especially remastered, I’m in love with
. pink noise isn’t so bad either
Hope this helps me sleep through my husband's snoring. I'm a light sleeper with trouble sleeping lately 🤦♀️
I’ll move my head under the shower head and get this same noise when you find the right spot 👌🏼👌🏼 sounds like a muffled rocket launch or a jet engine
I love this! I use brown noise everyday to help me focus while getting work done. So happy that I can now use one made by my favorite yoga teacher!
