    Im sorry I need to add something. He says "you're not going to find someone with high vimtain d with cancer." Is he serious?? He thinks he's found some brilliant solution to CANCER, literally one of the most complex and difficult to treat collection of diseases?? This dentist needs to go to the nearest cancer treatment lab and inform them of this brilliant discovery!!!!

      Interesting perspective.
      I'll encourage you not to throw the baby out with the bathwater, however. having an adequate level of D in your system profoundly impacts your health. In several ways, he argues that includes cancer. Is his statement 100% accurate? Is their no chance of cancer if vit D is adequate? I don't know. I believe it helps though. Does dr. Gould make some bold claim, yes. He has strong opinions on this. Backed by research and experience.
      To continue the metaphor, I'll keep the baby.
      Let's not underestimate the power of community either. Being accepted and loved within your community is amazing.
      Either way, thanks for watching the video.

      YES he and others have found a Brilliant Solution... and both he and the brilliant Dr. Thomas Seyfried...will eventually be heard... Cancer is a Metabolic Disease allowed to flourish by Low Vit D which controls the Immune System and fed by Glucose and less so Glutamine - but you won't hear from the American Cancer Society or Cancer Centers of America... Cancer is the Big Pharma Pay load... Wake up.. You are brainwashed.. Cancer is actually very very simple... made complex by a misunderstanding of basic microbiology of 99% of the medical profession!!

    How much k2 per d3 dose?

    • @alwesterman
      @alwesterman  3 года назад +1

      I asked Dr Gould dosages for a child, here was his response.
      Magnesium [per day, should be,] 400 to 500 mg, any type. Magnesium can be a very poor quality supplement so it’s best to get a known brand.
      K2 should come in 90 or 100 µg. 180 µg is technically the ideal amount. For a child it would be 90. But there’s never any toxicity with it so I would stick with the 180 for yourself.

    Can Severe Vitamin D Defiency cause Anxiety Attack

    • @alwesterman
      @alwesterman  3 года назад

      Interesting question. I can give you my experience, which is not medical advice, but hopefully worth something.
      I used to get anxiety attacks, they were connected to what I was eating. I then switched to an all natural food, high protein, moderate to high fat, low carb diet and I haven't had one in years. If you have more questions on that, go ahead and ask. Or watch this video I did about MH problems and solutions ruclips.net/video/9FEeDubT474/видео.html
      Could vitamin D be a factor? I believe so. It is a hormone regulator and effectively budgets energy for the body. It favours keeping you alive when the Vit D budget is low. However, when D is high enough it can optimize. I would assume MH is connected to being optimal.

      yes is the short answer - as D regulates sleep which regulates all the neurotransmitters... Follow the Vit D protocol and you will relax... and also be able to concentrate - along with Magnesium, K2 and Sulphur.

      Hey, thanks, I appreciate feedback. I agree, the sound has to be cranked to make it an average range.
      I now have better editing software and try to match audio levels.

    im sorry if this sounds harsh, but this guy is speaking nonsense and has a deluded sense of self importance. This was my favorite part, " I think that its really important, there is no magic pill that you can take, you watch tv and their like 'I take this one pill, I feel great, its clinically proven.' Thats not how life works. The whole point of living is that when you get there, there's no there there. Life is about learning growing and changing and Mother Nature doesn't want you to sit around... all the things she wants you to do are all the fun stuff. She wants you to sing, she wants you to dance, she wants you to be with your friends, she wants you to hug.."
    Did this guy take acid before this interview? What kind of worthless nonsense is that? He just dismisses clinically proven medications for illnesses by saying "thats not how life works." While I obviously thought this interview was pseudo intellectual nonsense, it was hilarious how absurd this guy was so thank you.
