Awesome job! Glad to see someone else likes fixing things instead of seeing them simply tossed out! Glad I found your channel. Thanks for sharing and God Bless!
This was a very, very informative fix! My husband and I are about to open this Milwaukee M-12 to see if we get lucky enough to have the same issue wrong with ours. We will update on comments!!!
Thanks for the Video! I have one of these where the screen backlight lights up, and the LED's at the camera work, but no picture.. I was able to pull apart the metal tube at the camera end and expose the camera module with it still attached to the cable.
Its probably a break in the wire as it is prone to snapping with it being constantly bent around. You could test the screen part by connecting another camera or something to it like I did on the video.
Thanks 👍it's a pretty standard camera, as you can see there's 4 wires. Gnd, power, video, and one for the LED. I'd suggest having a look on Aliexpress or such you might be able to find an endoscope camera module perhaps?
Absolutely blown away by how you pinpointed the camera as the culprit. Brilliant.
Thanks Rory 👍🙂

Thanks, and good luck!
That was super ok repairs, mate. Well done indeed.👌👌👌👌
Thanks 👍, pretty old one now. I perhaps might not have cut the bendable part if I had to do it again.
Good fix, I thought that you would need a new camera but you managed to save it, good job 👏 👍
Thanks 👍Yes it was a bit fiddly but it all turned out good in the end. I don't think I would have cut the end off if I had to do it again.
Good job!
Thanks 👍
Great Job
Thank you!

No Problem, I'm really glad you found it useful!
I’m having the same issue. Have you found a fix?

I have the same scope but the camera on the tip snapped off any idea on what I could replace it with
By the way awesome Channel

En video solo enseñas 4 colores pero hizo falta l color cobre q a dond va en la cámara
What if the light only stays on for seconds...what do I do
Could be any number of things, do you get anything on the screen or is it just the led light thats faulty?
