3-2-1 was a British game show that was made by Yorkshire Television for ITV. It ran for ten years, between 29 July 1978 and 24 December 1988, with Ted Rogers as the host. It was based on a Spanish gameshow called Un, dos, tres... responda otra vez and was a trio of three shows in one: a quiz, variety and a game show. The show was a huge success, consistently pulling in large ratings. The overall objective of the game was to survive elimination through to part three of the show, and try to unravel a series of cryptic clues in order to win the star prize. later series when each show featured a number of variety acts of the day (as here Kaja).

This is an appearance I find staggering. Nick has stated that Kaja were pretty much over just after the release of SDT, he ended up doing a European TV spot on his own with two not very convincing stand-ins as they were contractually obliged to be there but Steve and Stuart wouldn't go, and yet this was transmitted some time later. I'll take guess it was recorded some months before with Afraid of You pencilled in as a second single.
I have the same guess: recorded probably 2 months earlier. Which is nothing unusual, even today. Why did Nick go alone to Germany's Spielbude? I believe EMI contract obligations were main factor here.
New video for me to watch...YAY! But what was the answer to that clue??? Like Nick B's new wave/romantic/rockabilly 'do. And who was playing drums? If it was Jez Strode, it doesn't look like what he usually looks like (and have never seen him chewing anything...gum?...while playing...or at least not so far). ❤☮🌎
Jez had left the band around 84'. Not sure who that is either.
