Controlling VST Plugin settings with a MIDI Controller in Cubase 13

In this video I show you how to map the knobs and buttons on your MIDI controller to controls within Cubase, including Quick Controls that can be used with VST plugins and effects.
Keep in mind this is limited to controlling Cubase and VST plugins and effects, not external hardware synthesizers. I'm pretty sure those require actual MIDI CC # assignments configured for your MIDI controller itself
