It is absolutely worth having a look at the 2023 live video of this song.
You can actually see Miyako *laugh* !
This is usually the last song of their set. Just to highlight the stamina of these wonderful women, especially the nuclear-powered Haruna on drums, they still play this song at such a high beats per minute. That fist-bump between Midori and Miyako after that dual-solo (a soli) is everything. All their songs have an uplifting message, and Asami with her Gospel and R&B background has created a Gospel-metal genre, for example their song "Glory to the World". Miyako with her classical music training has created the Symphonic-metal genre as seen in their song "Swan song and Chopin intro".
Ha ha, no one has ever called “Glory to the World” gospel metal. It has gospel influences as do a few of their other songs, but it’s not song new subgenre.
It has never been called Gospel metal. It has been called for over 40 years as ' White Metal' i.e. Stryper (80s) Resurrection band ( 70s) and Petra ( 70s)
Not only do they really Jam but that drummer with the double bass is awesome too!! You have to be a bobblehead to rock to them!!

Whenever I listen to the studio version of this song, and I get to the part where Haruna is smiling and bobbing her head from side to side in the live video, guess what I am doing. That's right, I start to bob my head from side to side, I can't help it, it's a reflex 😁

Haruna's head bobbing always reminds me of Ringo Starr and the early Beatles.
Asami's positive and warm personality always comes through in her lyrics, she is so optimistic and this is the song to inspire the Wolfpack to never give up. You will also love their song Rising LIVE as another great song with even a more determined message to those who have gone through many trials and tribulations and urges them to keep on going forward!!!! This often closes their LIVE shows and sends the fans out on a real inspired high note.

@@CoachCastTV Asami is not always positive. Sometimes she goes full metal dark mode in her lyrics. One of the most recent examples is her lyrics to Dissonance (she also cowrote the music) from the Judgement Day album. The only video of the song that I am aware of is from the livestream they did the day the album was released. They are not performing, just getting online with the fans to listen to the full album. Yes, the sound and the visual seem like they shouldn't go together, but it works.
To me, Lovebites not only brings up a positive message, motivating, uplifting lyrics, but their appearance also. with clean skin, normal make-up, white dresses, no tattoo, no spike/gothic nose ring, etc.. and lastly, their happy/enjoy face while playing were precious, addicted to watch repeatedly. Respect 👍❤️. Next (of course with lyrics) Rising, Epilogue, Edge Of The World, When Destiny Align and many more.. great reaction guys 👍

This video is a forced cut and paste of the 2019 video onto the 2020 live video, which I just don't like.
Originally, "Edge of The World" was followed by "We The United" played uninterrupted, so I was hoping you would check out that version.

Yes, they’re all beautiful and I’m a man. But truthfully, what made me glue myself to them in 2020 is three things. Their virtuosity, their composition skills and their genuinely cheerful personalities, which Asami emphasise in her lyrics. Best band ever. No discussion.

Always epic! The lyrics are always a lot more meaningful and truthful than what we're used to in Metal - but always melodic and powerful. Great way to end a concert...which segues neatly into me asking if you're gonna react to Band-Maid's 33rd and final song of their Yokohama Arena concert, ENDLESS STORY!

They are so tight musically that they must communicate by telepathy! Hours of practice required and evident with the mastery of their instruments and vocally. Your analysis of the lyrics and comments are communicated very well. What more can you say about this talented group of ladies?

The dual solo is a nod to Pachelbel's “Canon in D,” something that was first pointed out to me by my classically-trained singer of a wife (she gave it up years ago, though). Another thing she mentioned is that most singers know enough about music to play some piano, some concepts easily translate over, and that’s true for Mayu of Nemophila, Angelina of Gacharic Spin, Saiki of BAND-MAID, Haruka from Asterism (not only is she an incredible guitarist, she’s a great bass player and can play the keys), and especially the great Yuko Suzuhana of Wagakki Band (she’s incredible on both vocals and piano). Asami playing piano is cool to see; I’m glad she did it. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to buy vip tickets for Babymetal in Cincinnati.

Great to see you guys reacting to Lovebites again. I'm quite excited as I'm going to see them in 4 week's time here in London! Never seen them before - but it will be in a very small venue which I think holds only 600 people or so. But you're so right regarding the positive messaging - it makes so much of a difference - Babymetal are the same, and I've been lucky enough to see them 5 times. Anyone that does songs about bullying is alright by me! But I digress. An excellent reaction once again 😊

I'm seeing them in London in nine days time in the New Cross Inn which has a capacity of 350 so their second London concert next month in the 600 capacity Garage is big in comparison !

This is (at least) a compilation of the 2020 and 2019 version of this song. I'm not 100% sure, if there's a third version mixed into it, but probably not. Plus it has closed captions. This song was often played at the end of the concert (also in 2023, KAHG2, on Sunday).
The best live version for me is the last in Tokio 2023 (with FAMI). Otherwise this one is good! This video is a compilation with 3 lives before hiatus!

I had a thought (weird, I know): Wouldn't a collaboration between LoveBItes and Babymetal be fantastic? Instead of the Kami band, have the LoveBites band, and the blend of vocals would be most interesting.
