Super property and a great video but such a pity there is no outside space at all.
What a great property, just needs a little (alot) of Love.❤
Beatiful to restore. Still full of character
It already has my initials on the gate !
Loved this old property. What a look at history. The sunshine and blue skies of Italy are so gorgeous.
This has a lot of potential. To me, it seems the stairs were constructed differently than the original ones, they cut off windows etc. But that's just my feeling. ❤
I love it! The bathroom in the clouds! ❤
In the US, that's called a Widow's Watch. They would build these so wives would watch to wait for their husband's to come back from the sea. 😢
Awesome
Church bells ringing in your ears!!!
As an FYI not all the bells of all the churches of a town are actually active
Interesting house! Thank you to both of you for these tours.
The door that was boarded up on the left side - there didn't appear to be access from the interior? Does that provide access to a cantina?
Oh this one is torture! I want to buy it and get it fixed up. I absolutely love it ❤. But I do think think I could afford 120k PLUS another 200k in repairs and pkumbling and electrical and bathrooms ❤❤
Shame about the phone mast in the neighborhood (16:50), that devalues this property by 75%.
This would cost a fortune to restore on top of the price. The outside was the best part inside like a maze. Needs an architect to restore.
What a great place for a restaurant. Move the staircase to the first floor to the far right. Expose all the ceilings. Open up and install French doors on every arch on the ground floor. Maybe offer to but the ground floor of one of the buildings behind it and install a chef's kitchen/bar. Pot large trees to put between the benches in the piazza put umbrella tables outside. Turn the bathroom upstairs on the second floor into a small terrace with the possibility of installing an addition space, outside that bathroom window/door. Insulate the attic spaces and cover them with plywood floors for storage areas. Open up the walls and creating a 2 bedroom apt with kitchen/dining and living room. Open up the walls on the ground floor maybe with large 1/2 arches that reach form between the outer arches , ending near the ceilings of the back wall. Replumb all the electric, heating/ac, and plumbing. Maybe a awning across the front façade with the restaurant name on it and lights hanging across the piazza and potted flowers galore. It would be on the opposite side of town from most all the competition and would immediately gain the use of the southern Guglionesians. LOL
Wow. That sounds like a great plan 🍕
The bathroom needs a bidet
What I don't like about it is all those black cables in the outside.
The interior lacks original character and it’s a shame about the floors/stairs. Probably not the best investment unless you have real money to spend on a resto.
I am curious, if this building is converted into 4 separate apartments, roughly what would rent be per apartment.
Hi, that might be a good question for the realtor as they do long term rentals (a few years leases) and might know the market for holiday accommodation.

There is quite a lot to do especially the fact there is no heat. All the concrete is cracked and spalling to say nothing of being weed filled. The kitchen needs work and the area that was a closed in porch needs redoing. All in all the price is much too high for the work that needs doing.
Craziest place I ever saw for a bathroom. You could split the ground level into 2 separate commercial spaces and the upper level into the living area.
If I had the money I would split that palazzo into 4 1 bedroom apartments and storage or 3 1 bedroom apartments and 1 2 bedroom apartment. That is an excellent investment property!!
Property looks COLD..NO AMPLE SIZE TO PLANT TREES AND MAKE A LUSH GARDEN...
Parking?????
