I'll never have a use for either of those tools, or probably most of the tools you demo. I'm just a weekend warrior with a 100 year old farmstead to repair and maintain. I still watch as many of your vids as I can because you know how to make it interesting and entertaining. Keep up the great work.
That spool Dolly and that wire fish wench for the cordless drill are by far the best electrical tools that I have never seen before. Thanks for showing me something new. I always appreciate that.
best inventions by southwire. pulled 500s with that big wheeler by southwire, all we had to do was pull the rope in the pipe. the wire heads were pre set didn't have make a head for the wire but the heads were made with southwire and just had to attach and pull the cable! easy work I love it! and love that drill cable puller. a lot faster and oh yeah! less stress on my lower back
We do a lot of wire pulls and literally two days ago when we were pulling in some long pulls i was wishing that there was some type of compact puller for smaller conduit to make it easier. Ill have to show this to my boss and see if he wants to invest in it. Definitely would save us a lot of time and strain.
Vince, Job sites injuries are not uncommon. A manual laborer is at risk for herniated disks from lifting heavy objects and rotator cuff Injuries from pulling cables. These injuries come from repetitive use or improper body mechanics. New Jersey is one of the top ten states in the country with the highest health care expense. The United States and OSHA owes you a great deal of gratitude. You have saved the government millions of dollars in health care costs. Well done. Dr Rob
TheDurbinCompound, Vince....what a cool vid. Have seen some other reel movers.....but nothing like that SimPull Flange! Pretty sweet....& wished used when I had to lug those things around long ago😅. The XD1 is also pretty cool (wish was little cheaper though😉). What a great time at OPT... Cheers VCG✌🏻
Whoa this was fascinating to see because my only exposure to Southwire is in Multimeters (clamp style) and they seem to be just rebadged brand in that space, good to see they do more than that. Klein seems to make their own or have custom designs/internals at least & has decent lineup to match fluke meters.
I don’t think you’re going to see those on many job sites. I’ve used the drill tigger before and honestly at that point I’d rather just use a normal tugger. The spool wheel things look honestly useless too. For how much they cost to what what they actually do, seems like a massive waste of money. I’m all for innovation and making the job easier, but not at the expense of productivity and I don’t see these doing much for productivity. At least not in my experience as an electrician.
Wow! I’m going to go right out and buy ten of these! Or just bring my nine year old who has no trouble pushing new loaded spools around the stock yard. Gotta be the feminization of the modern man. Or dumbing down by Google and RUclips.

Never ran into Southwire in Illinois, first saw it when I moved to Georgia. Looks like Southwire is setting the bar for Klein and Greenlee. 😎

Greenlee tools have been useless since basically the 90s. They break constantly and when they do work your afraid of breaking them.
i dont do much commercial jobs in the company im in right now, but that drill tugger attachment would of made a big difference on the site
Wow that’s a first had to watch 2 ads to get into video.) I watch the ads to help the channel thanks for the awesome videos
👍🏻
Great video Vince! I love Southwire too brother
Wow that’s great, thx for sharing

wish i had that a few years ago when i run thousands of feet of wire and moved more reels then you can count
Nice
Yooo Duzen how you been?!?
Saving backs!
Yo why I don't see your guys are in Columbus Ohio??¿

I thought Ohio Power Tool was in Texas.

Press X for doubt
Ahhhh so it's not a medical condition you can control the outburst and screaming while in public lmao 😂
This is obviously the only video you’ve watched of me in public.
#SaveTheYoungGuys
LOL
Can someone tell me why americans still use metal conduit
Because it’s easier to install and bend ? That’s a weird and silly question tbh….pvc cost much more now and is super sloppy to install
Why wouldn't they test it with a loaded real?
Probably because a loaded reel cost about $10k more then a non loaded reel ? Lmao c’mon now guys
Lol foreman wouldn’t give u the time to set that up
