I regularly watch with interest but this is exceptional. I’ve spent a great deal of time around presses and machine shops. I can say with authority that these guys do a lot with little.
You work hard in Pak.I respect that.I worked with 1000s of 2 piece and 3 piece rims in the 70s. We used the Dayton or spoke wheel center that were tricky to align and maintain in the northeast road salt and extreme temps.of the US.Those tire jobs are why my back is f'd up.I always worked 2 and 3 jobs around diesel powered trucks and equipment.
I worked in the 70's, i still work jackhammering concrete, but my back is fine, my younger brother is 52yrs old & faking injury, to collect gov. entitlements, i enjoy being busy.

Even a 16yo apprentice would know such an easy thing as wheel nuts! And fools see this and think because it works it must be correct! 😂🤣😂 I see this and think wow! I wouldn't trust them if I needed to go faster than 30-40mph tops especially if they are driving shitty bumpy none paved roads with constant jostling and jarring with a load of anything to speak of weight wise. I don't mean for my safety but more the others that might be hurt by my trucks failure. Well I guess these guys probably don't drive around other cars to routinely being in Pakistan or wherever they are.

But please pass this knowledge on to the Mechanics putting on the tires+Rim== In all Torqued sequencing Yu you start with one lug nut and then you go across to the bottom lug nut and then you go to the opposite the top lug nut so it goes criss cross applesauce and you do it three times on torquing that and the reason why is to have a even torque rim and tire place upon the vehicle so you will not have no more cracks in your rooms even though it's my nooner and you torque just one and then you go to the next one .it throws them off . Balanced! THAT'S why you have to go Cris Crossing in tightening them Yu Always want even applied pressure. I just want the best qualities for the best Engineer's . Try to apply this with yr methods. U.S. DOT regulations do not allow the repair or rebuild of wheels.

Yeah, they don't install all those frame springs for nothing....
Those trucks weigh around 130000lbs loaded way over the 80k limit we have in the states without special permits etc.
Well, when they fix them like this you can imagine the longevity isn't great

But please pass this knowledge on to the Mechanics putting on the tires+Rim== In all Torqued sequencing Yu you start with one lug nut and then you go across to the bottom lug nut and then you go to the opposite the top lug nut so it goes criss cross applesauce and you do it three times on torquing that and the reason why is to have a even torque rim and tire place upon the vehicle so you will not have no more cracks in your rooms even though it's my nooner and you torque just one and then you go to the next one .it throws them off . Balanced! THAT'S why you have to go Cris Crossing in tightening them Yu Always want even applied pressure. I just want the best qualities for the best Engineer's . Try to apply this with yr methods. Great job. Guy's
