I enjoy a voiceover video! And also I like when creators do what makes their brains happy. That top came out beautifully. Utterly perfect re-use of the lacy fabric for a fun summer top. Love how evenly it dyed, too. Great job!
So cute, Steph! Voice over is great, I’m sure it takes the pressure off of the doing two things at once. I have a few table cloths in the stash , makes me want to drag them out.
That top is super cute! It's my favorite color and the placement of the bow detail is so good, and nice job changing the dart placement! I like the voiceover. I have a ton of bias tape thingies but I can never find the right size when I need one so I usually just fold in half and then fold again but your method is a good alternative!
I love the colour you dyed the tablecloth. I made a blouse from a tablecloth too, conventional style button front, used the corners for the 2 fronts and a scalloped edge for the back yoke xx
@@WelcomeToSteph, can you tell me which dye brand you used- the colour is gorgeous. I bought garbage dye at my local sewing shop cause I was too impatient to order the good stuff online. Obviously I ruined my newly sewed outfit...
That top is adorable. Just the other day I watched this guy use your method for making bias binding but he did it with pins and a seam gauge (which is way too fussy for me, I just use the little doohickeys lol), but in a pinch... ruclips.net/video/hQqhHAiHdM0/видео.htmlsi=RntEeLto_WBPtSsA&t=724

I really appreciate your comment! Thank you 😊
The top turned out so cute! And the voice over editing style is good with me. I hope you have a fabulous rest of your week!
Thank you! You too!
What a pretty top. I love using thrifted linens and bedding for sewing. You get so much more for your money. X
Thank you!
Well done ❤
🥰
Soooooo cool! Greetings from Austria, Alexandra
Danke schön!
I love it. I would have been terrified cutting into the tablecloth! Fine with voice over.
Thanks! And also thanks for answering my question about the voice over 🥰
So pretty!!❤❤❤
Thank you! 😊

Thank you! Yes definitely takes the pressure off. I hope you can find something to make with your tablecloths 😊

Oh no!!! I hope it's salvageable! Maybe try a dye remover?
I used Rit Dye in Aquamarine as well as the fixative afterwards.
That top is adorable.
