1:26 In WING CHUN we have 3 premises. 1. CONTROL OVER AN OPPONENT. That’s what he’s demonstrating here today. 2. HITTING TO CONTROL 3. USING FORCE AGAINST ITSELF. Used properly. We can simply walk through people like a knife through butter. Flowing. 🤓🙏💯

I hate how. In this day and age. I’ll see Adam teaching stuff. And it’s great. Nothing wrong with it. But if I have an idea that might help. I have to feel guilty. Having ideas and sharing possibilities is a win in my book. A smart person probably says thank you. An insecure one probably gets defensive. 😂❤Na mean Adam. 😉💥🤛💯i can tell that Adam is a calm, level headed, secure person. He doesn’t doubt himself ever. I can tell. He knows what I’m putting down when I say “Here’s a maybe smart idea” he doesn’t take offense to it. You’re the only one though. Lots of others will say “Where are you trained?” What’s your lineage. I say.. I don’t have one. I am #kungfu 😉🤙🏿💥

Thank you for your teaching, sir. Could you please show how win chun deals with moving opponent, but not standing in one spot. I mean like for example in boxing on one step you more or less will be able to perform one move or strike. And on every strike you will make a step, very seldom you will stay in the same position. Thank you in advance 🙏

Imagine the same hand motions but while taking a side step.

@@WiDEEyeDSmILes for me it would be interesting to see the synchronization of hands and feet (rest of the body). And also timing development

@@pantokratorius777 usually at the same time, wing chun also kicks that punches.
For real sparring is not that similar to the forms.
With human opponent, there is the better learning

@@misterlau5246 yes, sure forms and sparring are different, but it would be interesting to see how win chun intercepts attack from long range distance, when opponent is frequently jabbing for example and moving on his feet

@@pantokratorius777 it's a good idea yes, but it means a real fight, then wing chun isn't very olympic, go for eyes and throat with biu chee, break the knee, and other tools of the trade 😬😔
In my training, I had plain ol' good boxing along with wc, so I use it as basic mobility footwork and the blocking has one difference. Try to make the opponent hit your elbows not the forearms. Means getting your guard higher than usual forearm for cover
