Im commenting more for the algo' but, man, 10 plus years on the RUclips, and still new stuff. The more I exp more top level martial artists, the more I see that the doors of the world will open up. You can go, many places in high levels of society if you're a high class warrior
DI BONG SAO. A transitional movement. Used to move with. A helping hand. A low BONG is a good LOP SAO. Used twice. We cover. We BONG. We QUAN. All tied up. 🤓💥💯nice one. 😛🤛
I think you're better off demonstrating 1st the wooden dummy application and THEN start applying it to one of your students like at the beginning of the video, imo it transitions better visually. But either way, I like your videos, I have way too many resources that proves that you're good at what you do, so keep doing what you doing. Also, when you say you're gonna "slow down", I think it'd be great if you went just a bit slower, not too slow, just a bit slower, like 10%-20%? Something like that :) Up to you tho. And no, it's not that I can't keep up, it's just probably for others that are trying to learn and aren't as fast :D
The plastic one is water based, the only reason he uses it for is to demonstrate applied power from the methods that he mentions, so in my opinion, I would've prefered that one over the wooden one because it gives you a good reference on how much power you using and how much more you can increase it with what Adam teaches. The wooden dummy in my opinion would better used for practicing everything else that isn't power wise, because if you were to use the same amount of power from the water based to the wooden one? oof, that shit is gonna break
Chris very respectful
1:45 i trained with a Pak Mei sifu, and he actually used this move to "slam" into my stance and it almost broke my leg. The ancestors were genius
My favorite part of every one of these videos is when Chris walks into the shot and says hello with his head.
Great explanation 👍Thank you Sifu Chan

Nice.
Thank you. I gather that you should also point the elbow to the centerline when it is a high bong sao?

Better aural feedback from the wooden dummy over the plastic one.
