I'm veteran gatherer who stop playing gathering content long ago I can confirm this is the most perfect guide. But there's one mistake mist gatherers do is that they panic all the time because mist is so chill mostly no gankers they eventually let themselves off guard. I know this because I'm gankers in mist now I mostly get 5m in 1 kill there
Also another thing if u see a 8.4 in the mist expect that they are radaring. Just exit and enter a new mist. Almost lost all my ava tools in the first mist after testing it out with normal tools.
And one more thing should i use my learning point to become t8 in cotton or should i level up the other tools btw t7 in cotton,t6 in knife, pickaxe, stone ,t5 in wood which should i learn
I recommend focusing on getting one type of resource to T8 before moving on to the others. In your case, cotton would be the best choice. About LP, I’m not sure how much you have, but it’s important to consider what comes after reaching T8. Once you hit T8 in a tool, leveling it further is only possible by gathering T8 resources, and that’s really, really slow. On the other hand, getting to T8 itself can be done by gathering all tiers of resources, which is much easier. You’ll definitely need LP for that grind, so plan carefully. With premium, you earn 30 LP per day, and without premium, it’s 10 per day if you complete the Adventurer’s Challenge. Make your calculations and think about how you want to use your LP wisely! 😊
It depends on your spec and the rest of your gear. I'm assuming you're using gathering gear. 4.2 is too low; you should aim for at least T8 equivalent. ( your stats and fight abilities change a lot, try it) If you can't afford that, you can bring a 1H Nature Staff or a Druidic Staff instead as a swap weapon.
The buff durations are the same (10s) , but the miner gives a higher speed bonus compared to the skinner, which allows you to run farther than the skinner. I m not saying skinner bad but miner better.
Hello, I have been farming for a while but I have everything I have been farming in Bracilien, it is 35m, and I have thought about taking it out of Bracilien from the mists of the yellow zone to a safe city, is it possible?
Yes, but it might take some time. You need to enter a mists and search for an enchanted one. When you find one, look for unstable portals. As you approach them, you’ll see where they lead. If it’s heading to a safe zone, jump in. If not, you’ll need to try the one that works for your destination.
Im currently speccing up my tools in roads, and i have t6 everything and t7 pickaxe. I want to know is it worth to go into mists with t7 tools or just stay on roads or go open world
I have a question, are swords better than bloodleter just because of their w? And which of the two are easier to take down the elementals? Just today I started gathering and I could take down with 4.1 bl the t8 elementals (except the bird which I switched with druid), of course I'll upgrade my gear once I'm comfortable
I didn’t compare the damage output since my specs are different, so I can’t confidently say one is better than the other. However, I don’t think the damage outputs differ significantly. I’m using Bloodletter with 110 spec, and I usually finish T8 elemental fights with above 60% health, so do the math. The key factor is survivability. Iron Will from swords is great if you frequently encounter ganks, as its immunity can be crucial in some escapes. That said, I’ve been using Bloodletter for months and haven’t struggled at all during that time. For birds, I use poison on my chest piece, so they’re not an issue either.
@@gathermaster I see. Thanks for the reply but I might have to stick with bl since it has 3 escape abilities. Now that I think about it, the swords might be better outside of mists ( roads, Bz ) since you are facing more than one person so the iron will, will have better value there
hi, whats the best starting zone to gather? I think it might be Bridgewatch because of the babies... do the other cities give things like that to make them special on their main resource? Ive played before and only played on bridgewatch because my friend played there
The other cities don’t have drops like Bridgewatch. Each city has its primary, secondary, and tertiary resources, which you can check on the wiki or within the game itself.
You get gathering tomes from any resource (T4+). Babies only from skin mobs and only a select few, not all. The best zone depends on the resource. Best place to gather skin is Bridgewatch, but if you gather Wood go Lym, gather mineral go Fort Sterling, and so on.
@@gathermaster Yes, that would be interesting. Because with such a set in YZ I will have up to a million ph, in complete safety, chilling, while drinking my tea with one hand, and listening to music, etc.
I am currently making an account to see how new player experience and try to understand how can i be efficient as a new player. once i figured out i ll be doing :)
@gathermaster me 700 sword nature dagger i have a lot spec weapon. But i never kill like legendary mob in mist for gathering, im new gather just want to try unlock all tool gathering. And now still t7 for ore and fiber, t6 wood and hide, t5 for stone :v Do u have better weapon for me?
Why are you using a Fort Sterling Cape in solo mists? What a waste, and with your setup the f.s. cape is just a budget option for the undead cape you can clearly afford. You already have Cleanse on your helm anyway, and if you're worried about cc in solos use the Deadeye Pie sense you should ditch the f.s. cape, not Goat Pie for gathering, goat pie is for safe zones lol. Speaking of helms, Motivating Workers Song on the miners helm would be infinitely better than Cleanse, does the same thing but more. Also something to consider is if you used a higher mobility weapon why would you even need invisibility potions if your literally uncatchable with a double bladed staff or fists? Bladed staff is slightly better at getting away, but avalon fists or battle bracers are good over-all options because they have almost as much mobility, but pack way more of a punch. You can free up the potion slot for cleanse potions if you decide to do this, honestly it is the much safer option, rather than relying on invisbilty potions that aren't guaranteed to work and have like a 2 minute cooldown. Bladed staff w/ mining helmet and boots can get away from anything and isn't just a one chance thing like a potion. Run ambush on gathering chest for any invisibility and undead cape just in case. That being I'll still run the invisibility potions sometimes, but that's mostly when I'm watching tv over top of the Albion window. Also a bladed staff costs like 4k silver one time, each invisibility potion costs 13k everytime. Finally, THERE IS NO BETTER MOUNT FOR GATHERING IN BZ MISTS AND REDZONES THAN THE PEST LIZARD. I have so many gankers always trying to gank me with my pest lizard, it happens several times every single gathering trip. I've never been ganked on it despite how many gankers there are or well they prepare. Pest lizard is relatively cheap too. Pest Lizard costs only 300k if you shop around, also sense it passively gives you over 300ibs of carry weight you don't need anything more than 4.1 bag which keeps you from having to risk lets say 2 million silver, which is what it would cost for a bag with as much capacity as the lizard. So the way I look at the pest lizard is either a free mount or a free bag, practically both for 2 million a bag! Lol. Obviously there is a couple differnces I would make, mostly the cape, but it's a fine build that I'm sure works great. The only strong suggestion I would make is to try out the pest lizard. I never cared for them or wanted one 'till I used one and realised how sweet they are.
Thanks for the detailed input! Everyone has their own style, and I’ve built mine around what feels comfortable for me. I intentionally use the skinner cap because I want to maximize my hide yield as much as possible. Regarding the cape, I can definitely afford more expensive options, but I prefer the Fort Sterling Cape due to lag issues. I like having the passive cleanse ready when someone jumps on me-it’s much better than panicking due to lag and not having time to use a skill. The same logic applies to invisibility potions-I prefer having as many escape options as possible. I don’t get crazy about efficiency; I prefer being comfortable with what I use. About the Pest Lizard-sure, it’s a great mount, but it’s definitely not for me. The 315kg capacity is too low for my sessions. I need to make longer runs both for my content and to ensure efficiency because I don’t want to leave a good map or throw my stuff away because of that. You’re absolutely right about Deadeye Pie, though-I completely forgot about them! I’ll check the prices and see if it’s worth adding to my setup. Thanks again for your suggestions :)

You can just mouse scroll on minimap to adjust your zoom on the go

What about skinner boots, pretty much the same run time, but it makes u invis for the mobs so u can run through them without taking damage
The buff durations are the same (10s) , but the miner gives a higher speed bonus compared to the skinner, which allows you to run farther than the skinner. I m not saying skinner bad but miner better.

Yeah really, Fort Sterling Cape is a budget option lol.
I personally use harvester cap skinner garb and miner boots

@gathermaster i use the sleep ability on the cap, saved my life quite a bit of times
Btw how long does it take you to fill a single t7 journal?
Depends, but usually, I fill up 1 or 2 Tier 7 journals of each type during a 4-hour run.

thank you

Why Jornals?
extra profit when you sell them
I have 2 question?
How can i kill mobs with high hp?
And what tier minimum for kill rhat? Thanks baby❤
Nature staffs are a good option. I don't know your specs and the rest of your build, so you'll need to try it out. But 5.2 should be enough.

Do you usually gather and sell immediately, or do you process it first?
depends, if i have time to check the price and transport i refine, if not just sell order.
You can stash a lot of t7 to t8 enchanted and use focus to refine those it's much better I think
lets go :)
Is it better to Farm in duo Mists or Solo?
