On mobile to build, click ya player icon in the top left, then click build, choose what you want to build and follow the directions, some thing can be built outside and some inside after making the house

I gather hides, ore, fiber T6-T8 in mists, and fill T6 journals.
I currently transport resources and journals thru mist or roads to YZ, refine everything in royal bonus city, then craft and sell gear in BW using crafting journals.
I have T5 breic island with just 1 house for chests.
I am consider building refine/craft in breic to eliminate xport to yellow.
That's incredibly inefficient. Gathering in mists is a huge loss when gathering a main resource in a main area. T7 housing and laborers is very expensive and will take loads of time to "break even" which is what I assume you use since you're going to want 150% returns on those t6 journals. Transporting solo is very risky and time consuming without a scout friend and re-rolling roads till you get a lucky one. Even then it's risky. Refining also requires focus, tons of math, time to do the math, and preferably crafting stations in the desired town.
No, I won't be making a specialized guide for your predicament, as it's far too inefficient.
Does that mean that I shouldnt bother making houses for worker efficency on the long term and just spam guild halls, even though i'm solo player and have no guild?

HI BENJI!! ive seen your yz static videos. Is It posible to do with double swords or clarent with high gear? I really hate that staff :( i prefer to enjoy rather than be 100% eficient
You can use less efficient builds.
Problems come with builds that you can't keep AOE/other range abilities tight and start accidentally aggro mobs at edge of screen.
Predictability is everything.

Another 1/4 square build that I still have one, its a T1 crafter, it's impossible to build one now.

As of 5/11/24 you get 1080 tier 3 hides back from 12 laborers. (12 tier 8 laborers in tier 5 houses)
1 t2 journal is 57 t2 hide and 1 t3 journal is 90 t3 hide, and takes twice as long to fill. Is 114 t2 hides worth more than 90 t3 hides? Check the market. Also you can't fill t3 journals with t2 mobs, and skinning in a t5 zone is a silver loss. Right now on West t2 hide is worth 42 and t3 is worth 53. 114 x 42 = 4788, and 90 x 53 is 4770, a loss of 18 silver.

So is it more feasible to use all the island plots for farming and the guild plots for houses and laborers?
You want as many farm plots as your focus can handle then make the rest houses and for guild islands always use the guild hall.
I am playng Albion for a year but i played only on my phone so i dont know how to play on a PC. And the tutorials that you make hepled when i needed them.

Sorry, but short answer no
There was a window to move islands when they started farming bonuses, but that has passed.
Maybe sometime in the future allow moves again, but I would not plan for this.

It is allowed yes(He does it alot in videos) and for guild vs island...If able, why not both? Afterall even more labourer capacity having 3 guilds and 6 islands...

If we start on cooking route, because we craft food from their station, doesn't mean the cartel also benefit from us?
The cartel controls refining stations mostly. They do have crafting stations but the food market can't really be manipulated.
