It is important to mention that f2p island is a bad idea. You NEED premium to make it worth your time (instead doing red zone open world mobs for example).
@@Mogdone lets say you are practicly fullspeced or say 100/100 in most gear You dont craft you dont refine or do island . Is then premium even worth it ? I would say no.
@@shazotgame broken in general. It's like every patch SBI pushes people more to pvp in an obvious attempt to increase gold purchases. Even 8.3 legendary chests give 1m only. It's pathetic.
I am one of the new player of albion that got hook by its casual farming ads and played like 2 week now, although..... when i play hoping to be a farmer.... I found the hard-broke-ass way that the farmer role isn't too f2p friendly😅😅 Now im grinding my way now to 3M in safe zones (not a pvper btw). Hope i dont get tired, discouraged, and burned out soon. Oh! The premium i needed to buy is 23M silver btw😅😅😅 wish me luck!
find a guild, and other ppl to play with. if u dont want to go to lethal zones, u can enjoy the game by doing safe zone contents (mist, gathering, or faction warfare).

Mog, could you at least mention that buildings on islands have no return rate of resources? That's the main reason why we don't really wanna use these plots on islands for crafting xd
Yes, I built a guild island on one of my alts as a hub with refining and crafting plots long before the update. But you can only build one guild island and it is city locked.
Passive income is when you don't have to do anything and receive money from initial investment. Island doesn't bring passive income, it requires work. Also using focus on watering gives you pretty low profit per focus point. As to the time - I tried to grow herbs for potion crafting for two months, took me like 40 minutes per day for three islands. I think it's a bit too big piece of my real life, so will see if I'm going to continue. Maybe I'll switch to workers - bringing them journals is much faster then planting crops or growing animals.
but why i want 2 or more island ? i want to change my city but now i cant move my island and i am stuck at the City i am, is there option to remove the island and buy it again in other City ? i dont want to have 2 island what i will gonna do with 2 island it is over kill

Player islands are definitely passive income and only take a few minutes a day to upkeep.
Can i buy a guild island but only for myself? Like my guild members would not be allowed and i use it as private island?
You can but you cannot grow crops or breed animals on guild islands, only it’s usefull if you want your own stations or laborers

this was common practice some time ago ... not sure if it is still done tho as it seems that the price got increased a lot
I mean mostly profits you get at maxing specs... You can be F2P but you always need INVEST alot of silver to make it super worth.
Lower islands to 1 again...and 1 guild island.
Question: does an island purchased in Thetford benefit from the 40% ore refining bonus or no?
No the bonus is no where near that high, it’s more cost effective to use refiners in the city
