I would love for the Sims to add a dating game pack that includes online dating and a faithful trait that makes it harder to get sims yo be flirty/unfaithful when they're in a relationship. Also a germaphobe trait that makes Sims want to wash their hands and not be around other sims who are sick.

The kitchen CC is gorgeous. I wish EA made modern kitchen stuff so bad. What i miss the most in a game are stove hoods, there's almost NONE of them. 😭❤

The office made me think an office build could be really cool, maybe like an office for a trendy social media company? You could do a big main room with lots of desks, and then like bigger private offices and conference rooms, a break room, reception and waiting room and stuff! Could be really fun, and it would be cool to see whether it was like modern and minimal or like young and trendy. You could do it for like a magazine or social media company or maybe for like a movie producer with posters everywhere? Hope you see this cus i would really love to see what you did now haha!

Floor plans are really an art. I love seeing these builds. Also, a pet peeve of mine is seeing piano rooms with large open windows. That piano would need tuning sooo often. I think that's why the designer pout small windows there in the floor plan.
The office room is triggering me lmao imagine whenever you throw a party every guest going straight to the office computers! Otherwise, I LOVE this build !!

I have a suggestion for this challenge series. The house would have to have a theme/ style that begins with the letter of the floor plan, like E - Eclectic; and so on for the other letters. Love you Deli!
Would love to see these as a series with all sorts of different Sims in mind (magical sims, eco-conscious, beach bums, etc.) I'm really intrigue to see how the curvier letters come out given the limitations of Sims build mode. Really like the CC that you chose for the house as well, definitely thinking about getting those windows!

Love the build. I think deligracy and james should have a contest on who builds the best letter house and let the people vote who's the best (letter shape, flow of rooms, theme). And the winner has to pick a very difficult letter for the loser to build, letters such as (O, Q, V, Z, and Y)
I think I might try this challenge for my Sims 4 game. For the almost 15 years of playing the Sims games. I never once thought about doing something like this before. This is a really interesting idea. And just like what the others have said. You should have put the hood over the stove. And not the dishwasher. That is how I always do it when I build Sims 4 houses.
OMG this brings me back to my school days. We did this in my architecture class. I made an A house and made the inner part like an atrium/ or fountain kind of area to bring in natural light. 😅 Good old days.
I have built something similar to this, called "Hill View" (64x64 asylum lot). The middle of the the "E" was about three times thicker than the outside sections though. Hill View featured 2x3 (cells) for the patients, and (if filled to capacity) could hold up to 85 Sims! Basement level (only 1 level) - machine and plumbing (also storage of the patients' stuff) Floors 1 and 2 - Entry and residents Floor 3 (only center section) - kitchen and dining rm (glass skylight over front middle section) Floor 4 (behind skylight section) - showers and tubs I even went as far as putting in 2 2x2 (non-working) elevators from floor 1-3 (only 1 went all the way to the basement)! I've not put it on the gallery - only because it relies on CC for the MORGUE (also in the basement) ! This was the first of many "Hill View" asylum lot builds that was supposed to happen (still needed the actual hospital, medical staff apartments and so on) but this big boy took the wind out of my sails ( for a while anyway)! For now I have a Sim asylum - ready for my CrAzY Sims!
