Just a question about the neutrophils, do they not have MHCI proteins on their cell membrane for use in presenting antigens non-professionally?

Neutrophils are a type of granulocyte but what is contained in the granules and what purpose do they serve?

Granules contain cytotoxic chemicals which will cause the degradation of the bacteria. 3 types of granulocytes: primary which contain myeloperoxidase to digest microbial organisms. Secondary contains lactoferrin which competes with microbes for iron and the tertiary granules contain gelatinase which uses iron and blocks bacteria growth. Hope this helps
