There was no excuse for that driver not to at least slow down but then not even stopping after forcing a bike off the road was plain ignorance. Glad everyone was ok but it would have spoilt an otherwise lovely ride out.
That sort of driving is all too common on single track roads, particularly up here in The Highlands where it's usually tourists not locals. You can try reporting him but since nobody was injured and no damage was done it's unlikely to go any further, if George had been hurt or there was an insurance claim that would be a different matter. I was nearly wiped out last week by a lunatic overtaking on a blind bend, he collided with a minibus trying to avoid me so I'm very lucky to be here. In this case the bus company reported the driver so until the case is dealt with I can't show the footage. If I'd been on a fast bike or in a car there would have been at least one fatality and many others injured. We all need to be very careful these days with so many stressed out people in a hurry on the roads. Keep taking it easy, Mick
Hi John, my god that was close. Ideot driver just didnt want to stop. Then to drive off when he must have known George hadgone down the hill is diabolical. Glad youre all ok Dave
In those circumstances it's best to come to a complete standstill. Drivers see a moving vehicle as jousting for space, and fair game. A stationary vehicle means it will entirely their fault if they hit you, and they generally back off.
Well done John for getting George out of trouble stupid car driver you have the reg of the car driver report them for driving badly you friend could have been hurt really badly
bloody hell John, theirs some arseholes about , no considerations for other roads users at all, glad your friend was ok , could have been a totally different outcome , bloody Plonker 🙄
Millington has a Cafe ... the Ramblers Rest.. do pay a visit next time you ride out that way. ( take the left hand turn, just before the car park you stopped in ) :)
In fairness to the driver the video shows they were as far over to their left as possible. Another point is you could have stopped if you were feeling 'hemd in' I think the driver and you need to NOT assume each other takes responsibility for the other. Love the meteor by the way. xxx
that could have been nasty..really glad gorgeous George and his bike are ok ❤ that driver could have pulled over on the grass as there was no drop off on their side..bloody ignorant b'stad in my eyes. I dont think Wozza was pulling enough..it was PAWSON POWER that got the bike back on the road 💪🤣
It's definitely been a good year for straw and barley Graham just told me. Watch out for Tractors 🚜 😅😅 flipping Eck that stupid car he/she should have stopped. Still could have been worse might have been Woza disappearing down into the valley 😅😂

Do you have the number clearly on the video.
That was basically a "hit & run"
Talk to the police.
