I would love an AC game set either during the First Persian Empire on the eve of Alexander the Great's wars of conquest or during an even more interesting period in the early 7th century during the tail end of the last Roman-Persian (Byzantine-Sassanid) war and on the eve of the expansion of the first Islamic Caliphate after the death of the Prophet Muhammad. I'm sure Muslims won't let the game depict Muhammad but it can be set right after his death. It will have interesting characters such as the Persian Shahnshah Khosrow II, Roman Emperor Heraclius, Caliph Umar, 'Sword of Islam' Khalid ibn Al Walid and many others.

Odyssey has a lot more AC lore than games like unity. Ac1, etc.. which assassin's Creed titles, besides the ezio's and rogue bother to explain the ISU artifacts and their power and origins.
Yes, it's true that you had to look for the lore and it wasn't something in your face, but if you spent a lot of time in the game and actually searched for stuff, you would see that it has a lot more lore than people say/think, let alone both DLCs

I hope people realize that if we ever get an assassins creed where we finally play as the assassin that took out Chengis Han, (Ghenkis Khan was killed by an assassin as we learned about in AC2), that game is basically going to have to be a large open world game set in the Steppes region with lots of horseback riding and large distances of emptiness between cities and towns unless it focuses specifically on his China conquests, and ends in Western Xia. The only other way would be like AC 2, where you travel between the cities and skip most of the travel, then have 1-2 areas that are wide open expanses of rolling hills where roaming mongol forces need to be avoided

Cain was the first person in recorded history to assassinate someone.
Darius is the first person to assassinate someone WITH a hidden blade weapon.
And Bayek was the first ASSASSIN to assassinate someone, as a member of the Brotherhood of the Assassin’s Creed.

For everyone who hasn’t played or even watched about odyssey and Valhalla. Odyssey play out with Kassandra fights the kult of cosmos which is a earlier formed group of templars with the same motives Valhalla tells the story of eivor a Viking who gains allies across medieval England but crosses ways with assassins hytham and basim who help him and their self by having him hunt the ones in charge or of influence and of course origins is the formation of the first assassins and aya spreads it throughout Rome and more so the Templar’s and earlier groups were in the ac universe before the assassins

Wasn’t the order founded in 1334 BCE? So that means there had to be some kind of assassin like warrior against them. It would be cool if they make an AC game set in the Bronze Age with having someone like Moses or Achilles as quest characters along with Ramses II or Agamemnon. Maybe even set in the Neo-Assyrian Empire?
