If you notice when it is Chi Chi's part of the trailer, you could see the old logo of cartoon network.

Both aspects are important. You want to get an actor that looks and can act like the original character. If you only get one aspect, you might end up having flaws.
DBE failed because no one in the production gave a fuck about the original content.
Wow, they somehow found a way to make dbz even more epic. just wow. i think i speak for everyone when i say the chills are strong in this one.

The dialogue was improved in this version of DBZ but I miss the original voices. Chris Sabat was a good change for Saiyan Saga same with Piccolo's voice

Kinda like what they did for The Dark Knight Rises, where they used clips from the 90s series for Batman, with the audio from the actual trailer, but with Kevin Conroy redubbing Christian Bale's lines from the trailer, excellent work, guys!

Chills upon chills upon chills. I seriously hope this is the start of something big. These guys are actually doing this and the potential for a legit live action dbz film exist. These Kirby brothers are the real Hope of the Universe.

I need to find just trailer music like this. The build up, sudden stop, then explosion is the best formula, add that to DBZ and you have tears and goosebumps.
That's even better, so far everything is looking amazing for you guys. I really hope you can pull this off and show hollywood how it's suppose to be done :D.

Hi K&K-Production! I'm also a huge DBZ-Fan and I have to say:The first screen shots and Yamchas trailer look amazing cool! But please put also this part in the trailer: Goku charges up and vegeta then shouts "IT'S OVER 9000!".. Because this is probably one of the most important and legendary key-scenes for every DBZ-Fan, so pleaaase put it in, pleeease!^^ Keep on that good work guys, cheerio!

I would prefer they themselves to fund this and this show it off after its done, then they can truly own the credit and praise! Kind of like that live MK "Trailer", after it was completely the man got a deal with Warner Bros to produce a web series!

This is not an advertising trailer, it's a pitch trailer. It's supposed to have as many of the best shots as possible because they're trying to convince studios to pick it up. While your arguments would be valid if the target audience were everyday people who may or may not know DBZ, the target audience here is studio producers. This is about selling the film, not the theater tickets.

I don't get why people put so much emphasis on the races of the characters. When you make a movie, you get the best actors for the job. Hollywood DIDN'T do that. That's why that film sucked. Not one person was fit for the job, not the actors, writers, the director, no one. Who the fuck cares about the races? I just wanna see an epic film that does the series justice. Keep doing what you do. Can't wait to see this!

Really, for Kai, they should've re-animated the whole thing like they did for the new animation they put in there for replacing some of the frames, instead of using the original & inserting new animation in it. I'm just saying, there's the potential for it & they could easily do it. It's just my POV on that matter. If you don't agree, I don't care, I don't need your approval.

So far everything looks good and I hope the final outcome of this project is the movie all the DBZ fans the world over deserve but until then I'm looking forward to the trailer.

They have chosen the best part of all the Dragon Ball Z series ! We have there the best characters together from Dragon Ball with the new one Gohan against the Sayians !
Definitely better than the cell or Buu part (and I'm not talking about Dragon Ball GT which where worst than shit !)

The trailer they are making is going to be based on the Sayian saga, Gohan goes super saiyan just before the Cell games while training with Goku in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
