We are two brothers who run a small video production company in the UK. We've been Producing, Directing, Shooting and editing for our company for over 5 years now and have always talked about doing a Dragonball Z Fan Film. We grew up watching DBZ and it provided many years of entertainment and enjoyment for us as we're sure it did for many of you. We, like every other DBZ fan, were sorely disappointed with Hollywood's attempt and producing a live action DBZ film. So this May we are set to shoot an extended Live action Fan trailer for the Saiyan Saga!
The trailer will be 4-5 minutes long packed full of the greatest moments and favourite characters from the Saiyan Saga. We have an absolutely amazing cast on board who you can see on the website:

This will be a professionally produced fan trailer made for the fans by the fans. We have professional make-up artistes and costume designers who will provide feature film quality costumes and prosthetics for all the characters that will really bring DBZ's iconic characters to life in a real and gritty way.

Finally a PERFECT cast guys! They are as I would've imagined. Nappa is Perfect too. Way to go guys!
Thats actually a pretty good looking Piccolo.
Nah, real make-up artist can handle it. Of course, first, you have to redesign the character a little bit into a more realistic aproach, and then apply the make-up work.
Being from a cartoon, comic, manga or whatever is not excuse.
Keep going as long as needed. I can wait. The more I see this coming together, my hope raises so keep it going. And prove to Hollywood what they couldn't do. Thanks.
See, this is how you do it right. They took characters and kept consistency, not only that but how the characters were cast. Staying true to DBZ. I love that they really captured an accurate scene regarding Nappa and Vegeta. Reminded me of the exact scene, so these guys, again, are doing it right.

WOW!! I was skeptic about the Piccolo character but that still photo, wow'ed the hell out of me! The cast and costumes look perfect!!
The commitment to the source material and production value put this miles ahead of that.

Don't let the people who don't understand the challenge and effort of what you guys are doing dishearten you - I'm so stoked for this production and can't wait to see the final product.
Guys please continue your amazing work on this project. How you found such an amazing cast is unbelievable! You costumes, hair work and make up look superb too. Lastly your garenteed success on this project will be a great tribute to the genius and heart Mr Toriyama's vision of an old classic tale. I feel you really understand what he sought to portray and for that, this will sow great things for all of you. I sincerely look forward to seeing your finished work even if it s when I'm in my 50's.

Everysingle character here is SPOT ON! amazing casting job.
Their kickstarter page was such a success that they made more than their goal amount and that extra amount allowed them to do their wire work at such a prestigious studios.

Man im already so proud at these guys for doing this, everyone knew the Hollywood version would suck, nobody had any hope in it.
But this looks already epic, you can see the love they have for the franchise, and i really cant wait for the trailer.

Wasn't Chiaotzu based on chinese vampires? So if represented in live action he should be kind of creepy.
Chiaotzu and Gohan are the ones I like the most, the others no comment .__.

Looking great, very good work on the customes and hair, yes the hair is pretty much impossible to recreate 100% but this looks great. Take all the time you need on post production, the effects can really make or break this thing. Good Luck!

Two notes:
- Krilin has nose? > no problem, maybe technical problem? I don't care.
- Goku's hair doesn't look original? > The project compensates for the technical issues.

Everything looks amazing. You guys have been doing the series justice. Funny how a few updates for a short trailer have been able to accomplish what Hollywood was not able to do in a full length movie. I can't wait to see the finished trailer.
You guys are doing what I only dreamed of oneday happening! Hope it goes great! And if it does, I'm sure fans will be more than willing to help finance more products for future Dragon Ball Z Live Actions!

this is actually amazing! so far the characters appearances look remarkable, and u would hav to be rediculously lucky to stumble across a look-a-like tht knows martial arts but i guess uve done it. i hope this is recognize nd invested in so that your able to make a full movie. just remember their are many fans like me that hav high hopes for u so dont let us down. i know its jus a trailer but since uve stayed tru to the fans its alredy better than dragonball evo. best of luck, stay dedicated.

Exactly. DB: Evolution has it's faults but I think they also handled Goku's hair well, I love the part where he tries to slick it back with gel and it pops back up flinging the gel.

Another note that can be made is that Piccolo is not canonically green, or at least not dark or deep green. Someone working for the World Tournament (in the manga) asked Piccolo if he was alright, because he was looking pale. I take this to mean that he is supposed to be light green. It's unthinkable that someone would say someone was pale if they had saturated or dark skin of any colour.

I like the guy who plays goku....he doesn't look "that" Asian and actually looks like goku, can't wait for this to be finished
They showed Vegeta in this update and in the pic they took with the extras earlier this week. With the way some people have been critiquing Raditz's armor I don't mind waiting to see him.
You got to remember that the trailer is taking place during the Sayian saga which is like the beginning of the entire DBZ series. In my opinion Piccolo didn't really beef up till the Namek saga.
Looking forward to seeing this. Would like this to be the proof that Live Action Dragonball Z can be done well.

Really it all comes down to fans and the people behind the film that make these decisions, and if you don't like it at least try to give it a chance, maybe the end result you will like and maybe not that's all part of the fun! I mean we all have to agree that if anything this will defiantly be 100 times better than that Evolution movie that came out.
Personally i have high hopes for this and from what iv seen so far it looks great.

If you paid any attention, you'd know it's not a movie, just a trailer and for a budget of around $18,000 I'd day they are doing pretty dam good!
Keep it up ta almost there I hope you make a good script for everyone to be happy waiting for the release.
