so true. I've always thought of it in two ways. Either be brave and courageous or you could also set off a chain reaction of uncomfortable things you did in the day until it builds to that moment you know that everything will be alright because of your proven record getting through uncomfortable settings earlier. It is real good to develop that muscle and instill it into your character, One Hundred Percent!
