Can yo do a Diagnostic Cerebral Angiography video of your protocol and routine. Like if you do it awake or under general anestesia, local anestesia, or if you use heparine or not, your technique etc. You have a really simple method of teaching. I am a Neurosurgeon training in Endovascular procedures and while I already know most of what you show it is quite interesting watching other people protocols and ways to acomplish the same. Also thanks for for the tip of preforming Simmons II cath, I am now doing it your way more ease and faster than the way I was doing it before.
