seeing them pull out the exact same krave beef jerky that's in my pantry for a taste test was kind of surreal! I'm so used to odd foods or those from countries other than mine (like "classic" british or korean that I've never seen) so it was cool to see something I recognized!
I have watched a couple of these videos now, and see to perceive a pattern of Ollie making questionable purchases behind peoples backs. A slight addiction to ordering and trying weird stuff. Sounds fun actually.
As a fellow brit and jerky lover I am appauled they forgot to mention that we don't have slim jims in the UK, and we have pretty much 2 maybe 3 flavours of JackLinks in most super markets, though it's expensive af (£3 a bag). The closest we have to slim jims are pepperami which isn't even sold as a jerky but pretty much is. Also as slim jims are the ones that are in the simposons my stereotypical, and I'm sure many other brits, view on jerky was the long sticks and I was highly disappointed when I found a bag of jerky and it was just small pieces.
