HUGE BUMMER!!!! Unboxing Gone WRONG

  • Ungortunately, these things can and will eventually happen. I was pretty stoked at the time while receiving and unboxing this, only to be greeted by a huge bummer. Luckily, I was put in touch with a solid custom guitar builder/repair/luthier that my friend grew up with. So after the seller was very understanding and willing to cover the repair cost, and the repair did indeed turn out great it all worked out in the end. Now it's a solid BEAST!!!! I have been holding onto this video for a while until everything was all taken care of, so here is what all went down when I received this one. It came from France btw.
Thanks so much for watching and stick around for much more content and music!

You should look into some FU-tone mods for your Floyd’s. You’ll love them. You can get red anodized titanium parts for them. They have a handful of different colors to choose from.

Solid company, I still use my brass block (from back when they were called Floyd Upgrades), it's been in 3 different guitars over the years and it breathes new life into any axe I throw it in.

I always return when things are even slightly bad. Let the seller get the money back from the courier company, who will then reprimand this kind of behaviour.

are you crazy, that looks like it was packed SUPER shitty. that was 100% the sellers fault because they FAILED to to pack the box properly and protect the guitar.

Cool man. It does feel terrible to get something new that got damaged in shipping. It happened to my Jackson concert bass neck thru. The tuner basically broke out of the neck and cracked the finish. Not too bad but to see a string off and a tuner not on the bass makes your heart drop lol. I put gotoh gb707 on and it is solid.
