Most of my dream are like video clips of normal, day-to-day life. It is very rare for me to have nightmares or other emotional themes. I often just dream of things like being in a store, walking somewhere, doing laundry, talking with people or something like that. Most dreams are very clear and concise, but they change themes quickly sometimes. Always in color, too. Not sure why people say we dream in black and white.
