I love how detailed you are with your recipe's measurements. I think it's very important and thats why your dishes come out so delicious. I feel with Latinos, especially with the older generation there is a stigma (you don't know how to cook) if you use measuring spoons and cups. "Siempre se le atina las medidas". That doesn't work for me. But since your channel is to teach us and show us your wonderful recipes, I appreciate the details and everything that goes into making your videos. Thanks!

I have a white fiancé and he is not into super spicy food lol I make this same salsa just without the Chile and I don’t marinate the chicken (that’s the way my mom taught me) I would like to try this salsa because in my opinion peppers make food more flavorful.

I don't have Mexican home cooked food as much anymore.my grandma used to have beans in the pot everyday no matter what.and my mom is getting up there in age and she doesn't cook as much used to when I go see her. Just having beans and cheese and chili that's all we needed. 😋😋😋😋😋I miss it.
