Awesome job .. Here's a good tip for you too.. After you toast your flour before adding broth turn your burner or heat to low for a few seconds and your flour will NOT CLUMP when adding your broth.. Then bring the heat back up and thicken .. Thank you I'll be making my first taquitos tonight..
OMG I made these just now and they are absolutely amazing. I used chicken stock and seasoned it with a little of my chile de arbol salsa and Knorr tomato bouillon. Impeccable! You ladies rock
I am going to try this. A new twist for taquitos. I gave up deep frying my taquitos and now I bake them in the oven. Once I roll them I brush on small amount of olive oil to coat lightly and they crisp up very nicely in the oven. I can do a lot all at one time which is a game changer. Thank you for sharing.
