Really insightful video..one thing I have struggled with is the segmentation and service level for Raw materials. For finished goods the process is often well set. Do you have any thoughts on this..
@@abhisheknar3812 Sounds like the topic for another video. Simplistically it is the same as the customer end but in reverse. Production being the 'customer' and raw materials levels being determined by production schedules, BOMs and supply lead times.

thank you so much, was managing logistics for above 20 years and really there are issues, mentioned by you, which really exist and the process of their control isn't one-time. Considering we're talking about dynamic inventory, having many transactions and flows, this requires continuous control and management
